Location and set up was great. Just a small note behind one of the small beds in room 16 there is mold on the wall and the back of the sheets are damp from it. May need to remove the mold

Convenient location across from Haymarket train station and about a mile walk to New Town. Overall good value for the price. Many amenities such as extra towels and an ironing board are in the common area. The coffee is terrific! My only critiques would be the tiny bathroom and shower area and some glitches with the Akiles app. Based on location, comfort, and ease of accessibility, I would still highly recommend!

Picked this property due to its location near Haymarket Station, and ease to catch the tram from the EDI airport, and to get all around Edinburgh. Plenty of food places and shops nearby. It had no on-premise front desk, only electronic access with an entrance code. At first it was a bit confusing, but no big deal to come and go. All the regular amenities you'd expect, and super clean. Price was what I expected for a downtown location.
