You will enjoy 40m² spread over 3 levels (please note that the staircase is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility).

2nd Floor

• A second bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds, also with built-in drawers and firm memory foam mattresses.

Secure Basement

A locked basement completes the house, perfect for storing your bikes if you’re planning to explore the Loire à Vélo route!

I don’t live on-site (10 km away), so for added security, you will find a connected doorbell at the entrance. There is no garden on the street side, but if you need to reach me quickly, just press the button!
