Independent house fully equipped near the owner's house in a park of 1600 m2, ideally located 5 minutes from Dax, 30 minutes from the beaches of the ocean and 1 hour from the Pyrenees.
The Landes forest is a 5 minute walk. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are marked in the area very close.
The house has a sleeping area with a double bed 180 * 200 (linens provided), equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, basin and bidet and separate WC.
Many arrangements are available.
Garden furniture. Barbecue. Electricity, water and heating included.
Quiet. Rest assured.

Les propriétaires sont charmants. Endroit calme et tranquille avec des grandes forêts tout près. Cuisine petite avec couverts disparates, Salle de bain OK, WC ultra étroit assez désagréable. Parking voiture dans la propriété. Convient bien pour de courts séjours au calme.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maisonnette située dans un écrin de verdure, très bien équipée et extrêmement propre.
Si vous aussi vous avez des problèmes de dos... n'ayez aucune crainte car la literie est au top. .A 5 minutes en voiture, nous avons bien profité de la forêt Landaise, à 25 minutes des plages du vieux Boucau ou de Capbreton... Bref, idéal pour se ressourcer.
Quand aux propriétaires ils sont charmants, discrets et disponibles, sans aucune hésitation nous retournerons chez eux.
