Independent house fully equipped near the owner's house in a park of 1600 m2, ideally located 5 minutes from Dax, 30 minutes from the beaches of the ocean and 1 hour from the Pyrenees.
The Landes forest is a 5 minute walk. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are marked in the area very close.

The house has a sleeping area with a double bed 180 * 200 (linens provided), equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, basin and bidet and separate WC.
Many arrangements are available.
Garden furniture. Barbecue. Electricity, water and heating included.

Une superbe location sur une propriété magnifique et qui permet de profiter des Landes et de la côte basque.Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques chez Alain et Danielle. Superbe studio avec petite terrasse dans la verdure. Palmiers, Bananiers.. Dans le studio theme de la Réunion. Les propriétaires vraiment tres gentils et tres discrets. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maisonnette située dans un écrin de verdure, très bien équipée et extrêmement propre. Si vous aussi vous avez des problèmes de dos... n'ayez aucune crainte car la literie est au top. .A 5 minutes en voiture, nous avons bien profité de la forêt Landaise, à 25 minutes des plages du vieux Boucau ou de Capbreton... Bref, idéal pour se ressourcer. Quand aux propriétaires ils sont charmants, discrets et disponibles, sans aucune hésitation nous retournerons chez eux.
