Perfect stay

Nicely situated, close to the ocean. Quiet and comfortable apartment with a nice terras. Good restaurant and a foodstore in the same building complex. Overall a good place to be!

Leider wurden wir von Fewo-Direkt nicht informiert, dass wir in den Ort zur Rezeption von ResaSol müssen, wir waren wir etwas lost als wir ankamen. Sollte man in der Website erwähnen. Auch, dass keine Bettwäsche und Leintücher vor Ort sind. Lediglich einfache Gaze-Tücher, in denen möchte man nicht schlafen. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar, sehr sauber, geräumig. Gut eingerichtet. Insgesamt eine tolle Ferienwohnung, nah am Meer, in ruhiger Lage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles Wunderbar. In jedem Fall empfehlenswert.

Wir buchen hier seit 2017 unsere Ferienunterkünfte. Es hat in der Vergangenheit immer alles wunderbar gepasst. Auch während der Corona Zeit wo wir nicht verreisen durften war das umbuchen überhaupt kein Problem. Nach wie vor unsere erste Wahl bei der Buchung von Ferienunterkünften.

Wie für uns gemacht...

Die Unterkunft ist einfach und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung zum Kochen könnte etwas besser sein. Die Töpfe sind so billig, dass ihr Boden nicht plan auf der Kochfläche aufliegt. Die Unterkunft Punktet ganz klar mit Ihrer Lage zum Strand und dem Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Wir waren jetzt zum dritten mal in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit genossen. Einzige Nachteil ist der recht laute Abzug des Lokales, der zum inneren der Anlage geht.

Erholung pur

Ich war mit meinem Mann Anfang Juni dort. Die Wohnung war super schön und vor allem total sauber. Die Küche hat für 2 Personen genügend Platz geboten. Ein paar scharfe Messer wären noch super gewesen. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Die komplette Anlage ist wirklich schön gemacht. Einziges Manko, die Wohnung war etwas hellhörig. Wären wir mit mehreren Personen dort gewesen, dann hätten wir uns mit Sicherheit daran gestört, dass man die Türen nicht leise schließen kann. Dennoch ist diese „Kritik“ meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau und für mich auch in keiner Weise einen Punktabzug wert. Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden nächstes Jahr, auf jeden Fall, wieder kommen.

Très bonne situation de la résidence tout proche de l'océan et à 10 mn à pied du centre et du lac. Nous étions dans un appart au Rdc donnant sur la piscine. Effectivement en journée cette situation est assez bruyante, mais c'est les vacances ! L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé, propre à notre arrivée. La proximité du spar et du restau est un plus. Le seul bémol est la connexion wifi inexistante, même en payant le surcout...

Plutôt bien

La localisation est vraiment parfaite, proche de la mer. L'appartement est pratique mais avec des équipements un peu bon marchés (services de cuisines, lave vaisselle, etc..) et peu de rangement dans la salle d'eau. Le bruit des pompes ou autres équipements de la piscine est assez fort et il est préférable d'avoir les fenêtres fermées la nuit... Néanmoins c'est bien pour une semaine ou deux. Le parking sousterrain est très pratique. La limite d'un équipement pour le WiFi est ridicule en 2021.

1. Sauberkeit beim Einzug ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Gardine im Wohnbereich war halb abgerissen und konnte nicht verwendet werden. Instandsetzung dauerte 6 Tage!! 2. App. zum Innenhof sehr schön, störend der Lärm vom Abluftventilator der Gastronomie im Erdgeschoss.

Très bonnes vacances à Vieux Boucou

La procédure de réservation n'a posé aucun problème. Le logement était conforme à sa description. Aucune soucis pour les états des lieux en entrée et sortie de location. Nous étions proches des plages . Pas besoin de voiture. L'appartement était très confortable et bien équipé. Attention toutefois à sa situation (rue passante et principale plus bruyante). Axes d'améliorations : - la signalétique (parking, ascenseur...) serait à améliorer dans la résidence.. - les dimensions de la piscine ne sont pas adaptées au contexte résidentiel.

Nachteil der Wohnung ist: der laute Lüfter, der von 9 Uhr durchgehend bis nachts 00:30 Uhr laut gebrummt hat und das schlechte Internet für Familien für 60€ und dann nur für Einzelgeräte!

Un seul manque

Tout est très bien , de l'accueil à la localisation en passant par l'appartement. Çe qui paraît presque mes mesquin au regard de la qualité du reste c'est de n'avoir qu un code wifi par appartement, même pas transmissible d'un appareil a un autre la gratuité de l'accès au wifi ne devrait pas se poser
