Mezzanine with a 140 bed and two bunk beds for children (the stairs are quite steep). Shower room with sink, shower, WC, washing machine. Private parking in the basement.
Residence built in 1983 near the lake and 250 m from the ocean beach.

Ein kleins Apartment mit überragender Lage
Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Aussicht auf den See und das Meer sind besonders in den Morgen- und Abendstunden ein Highlight.
Man ist in 2 min am Hauptstrand und mit dem kleinen Weg über die Brücke in 4 min am ruhigeren Südstrand.
