The dining areas can accommodate up to 8 people at the beautiful dining table and there are plenty of high-top bar seating spaces. The entertainment area offers plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat-screen TV and fireplace. Take in the sunset and city life below on the balcony lounge chairs. The separate full wet bar includes everything you need to make the perfect drink: a sink, wine cooler, fridge, and dishwasher. Unwind in the deep soaking jetted tub and large glass jet showers. There is a private washer/dryer in the unit. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their property and private patio or balcony. For an additional charge, guests may also obtain access to the private rooftop lounge. Rooftop access is not included in your property rental and may be rented for an additional rate during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
“From its early beginnings during the Gold Rush era, The Mile High City has always been a gathering place for diverse and creative people. Today, Denver is an outdoor city with a vibrant, walkable downtown offering urban adventures for all ages. Within a one-mile radius, you can kayak on the Platte River; explore some of the city’s best museums; shop at art galleries and boutiques; see a Broadway touring show; enjoy live music; ride a rollercoaster or cool off in a water park; and experience exciting professional sports. Downtown is also home to many of Denver’s top farm-to-table restaurants and innovative craft breweries, and the Denver Beer Trail is a great guide to sampling those local brews.

Downtown’s free 16th Street Mall shuttle makes it even easier to get around. Visit Larimer Square and the newly renovated Denver Union Station in historic Lower Downtown (Lodo), where Victorian buildings now house restaurants, galleries, shops, bars, brewpubs and coffee houses, or head to Denver Pavilions where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars and a movie theater.

You can also discover Denver’s neighborhoods by bike or electric scooter, and don’t miss the chance for a photo with everyone’s favorite Blue Bear public art sculpture greeting visitors at the Colorado Convention Center.”

If you are checking in before 5:00pm, one of our staffers will meet you at the building to help you get checked in and show you to your unit. Location!

Size, layout, location are fantastic. Our only reservation was that the two master bathrooms have curtains hanging as doors so there is a little lack of privacy.

Decent Stay

Front desk was great. Place was clean. Good location. Only gripe is you pay a lot for what amounts to a 3 bedroom place, hence the 4 starts. No real amenities. If you were gonna hang out and party in the place? Sure, good to go. But you’re not allowed to party lol. You basically sign a lease. You’re essentially paying for a roof, walls, and some beds and a bunch of air mattresses. Just a little pricey. Roof access? More money. Game room? More money. Move any furniture? More money. Live TV? More money. Overall ,we enjoyed our stay and it got the job done. Just a bit over priced for what you actually end up with.

Mostly great

The property is beautiful. Impressive. Spacious. Clean. Initial impression: WOW. If you want to impress guests, this is your place. Check-in process in terms of availability and timeliness of the employee was great--just that the fob system was not a good check-in surprise. That said, the neighborhood is iffy--I got lost once at night when my phone's walking directions were actually driving directions, and at one point I felt truly terrified. The fob system (2 per group) left us locked out twice when co-workers either (a) did not understand the system or (b) forgot to leave a fob in the condo's lock box in a mad rush to a morning meeting down the street. At one point, we took trash to the garage and did not take phones with us for the quick errand--only to have the elevator refuse to open. Went to the bar next door to try to call maintenance to let us in (they said this has happened before), but all info about VRBO/condo was on our phones and there was no phone number listed nor a way to use a phone in the lobby. Finally we realized we could use the security box outside to try to call and ask for codes to the staircase/floor door. The fireplace did not work--truly disappointing because we had lovely snow outside. There were elaborate directions for how to use the fireplace which made us suspect our problem was not a new one. Same with instructions inside the elevator. The building had a garage with a designated spot for our unit that we saw when taking out trash, but no parking was offered with the listing. So add $59/day at the Sheraton to park or about $16 at the lot nearby if you bring a car and are willing to leave it out overnight in that neighborhood. The place itself was wonderful, but these surprises made the experience less than ideal for a group of business-women attending a conference. Oh, and bring your own good-quality toilet paper if you dislike rice-paper thickness. Also, eye shades, if you like it dark—the shades on windows are not thick enough to make the suites truly dark, though the bunk-bed room was great for that. For the person in the group who likes temps cooler, the king room stayed a lot warmer than the double-suite, even at night.

What a great place to stay!

We live in a very nice home in Maui and we didn't want to stay in a formal downtown hotel, but wanted lots of room for our son and his friends to come in visit. This was place was perfect, having the entire floor well decorated and perfect for our needs to spread out and enjoy each other instead of a small hotel room or lobby in a hotel. The morning and afternoon views are really nice. We have owned and self managed a large condo on the beach in Maui and we know how hard it is to have everything just right for your guest and they had everything we needed. Even though we did not need the dinning area or extra bedroom, it was fun to have all that space to ourselves. There was very little street noise or city noise that bothered us. I would highly recommend staying here if you have business or just need a great location to stay at. A very short walk to 16th street for coffee or lunch at Marlowe's was so convenient. I have to say this was really fun for us. If and when we ever travel back to Denver this will be our first choice.

The property was amazing.

My reason for not rating the loft a 5 was that we had to deal with a very loud party on the floor above us on our final night's stay. They partied until late into the morning. It was not good.

Great apartment, needs new air mattresses, a contact phone # would be helpful

We loved the location and size of the apartment -- it was perfect for the size of our group. The instructions to get into the building were a little confusing, and it would have been helpful to have a phone number to call for a brief clarification. All of the air mattresses leak, so it was an uncomfortable night for those who needed to use them.

Amazing stay, 10/10

Where to start! In the lead-up to our stay, Keely was very attentive and quick to reply to any questions I had about the loft. Kind enough to recommend a caterer as well - the perfect host! The space itself was perfect: large common area perfect for entertaining a group, the two balcony's provided great indoor/outdoor space. We had 12 people in the apartment and never felt cramped. The location was great as well, very close to the downtown nightlife scene. I would highly encourage getting access to the roof, as the views were STUNNING and the deck itself was spacious enough to have a group dinner, (outdoor tv's, fireplaces and sitting areas were an added bonus). The only drawback was that the elevator was out of order, but a tenant in the building let us know that it had happened just days before our arrival - nothing to be done here. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Fingers crossed the loft is available on my next trip to Denver!

Property was exactly what we had hoped for!

We hosted a Thanksgiving weekend for a family of 16 (three generations). We only had 5 staying overnight in the apartment, but we had 11 family members visiting us each day of our visit for big meals, football games, and rooftop photos. It was a great 4-day weekend, and we highly recommend this spot for other families. Keely was great to deal with and even got us checked in on the afternoon of Thanksgiving. The place was large and very, very clean. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and two of them were spaced far from the common living area. Highly recommend!

After owning and enjoying this property for a number of years we decided it was just too unique and spectacular not to share it with others. Since we do not live in Denver full time, we wanted to give others the chance to participate in one of the best places to stay in all of Denver. We hope you love our home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We were looking to purchase an upscale condo in downtown Denver. When we came across this property we could not believe how amazing it was! The location was perfect, the property was beautiful and the view from the rooftop lounge was breathtaking! Once we saw the property, we knew we had to have it, the rest they say is history!
