As you step into our space you will be greeted by the best air quality in Denver thanks to our newly installed HALO-LED Whole Home Air Purification System. Perfect for anyone with allergies or sensitives!

Enjoy our luxury kitchen equipped with white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances to suit all your cooking needs.

The master bedroom is on the third floor and features a king size purple hybrid mattress and smart television. Enjoy the oversized walk-in shower and double sinks of the master bathroom.

The second bedroom is across the landing from the master, and features a memory foam queen size bed and large smart television. Our third bedroom/ office is on the first floor featuring a full-sized murphy, allowing you to rest and work away from any distractions.

Lounge among various beautiful live plants in our living room areas, one of which flows out to our patio. Our Joybird green velvet sleeper sofa pulls out to provide a fourth bed for additional guests.

Walk up to our rooftop oasis where you will be blown away by the amazing panoramic views of both the front range mountains and downtown Denver. Then soak in the sights in our 6 person hot tub!

I chose our neighborhood because it is up and coming as well as for its location. Being located directly between Red Rocks Amphitheater, downtown Denver and the Front Range mountains makes our home perfect no matter what the occasion or reason for travel. We are also 1 mile away from Mile High Stadium which you can easily get to using the Perry Station train stop which is also conveniently 1 block away.

What makes this property unique

Our home is modern and beautifully furnished, outfitted with premium brands and a HALO air purifier to ensure the fresh and clean air quality regardless of the outside environment. Our home provides the unique benefit of allowing you to explore all that downtown Denver has to offer without needing to drive via Perry Station, while still providing the peace and spectacular mountain views that Colorado offers. Our home really is the best of both worlds.
