This house is a part of a large country house located in a very peaceful spot and surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the provinces of Málaga and Granada. It is a rustic Spanish house with wooden beams that breathes an atmosphere of nostalgia. The living and dining room is cosy and equipped with a fireplace, television and wooden furniture. The small kitchen is practical and has a ceramic hob. The house does not have air conditioning, but it is equipped with fans to keep you comfortable during the warmer summer days.



Next to the house is a sunny garden with a private swimming pool, exclusively for your use. There is a second holiday home on the same property, with its own private garden and swimming pool. Both homes are positioned in such a way that the gardens and pools are completely separate, ensuring there is no overlooking and that you can enjoy your privacy. The only area shared by the two properties is the access road leading to them.

The house is very centrally located for various outdoor activities, including walking, horse riding, and mountain biking. In the nearest village, Alfarnate, you will find all kinds of facilities, such as banks, pharmacy, shops, bakery, etc. The village is picturesque and lively at the weekend.



The history of this region is readily available, with a Civil War bunker just a stone's throw away. In 20 minutes, you can reach Alhama de Granada, where you can feel like you're in Roman times and also enjoy a spa. Wolf watching, flamingos, and the El Torcal nature park are all close to Antequera.



Excursions to Málaga, Granada, and Córdoba are also very easily undertaken from here. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are less than 50 km away. An ideal little house for a family.
