The Space:

Ski right to your door at this beautifully updated 4-bedroom condo in the Aspen building—and bring Fido along, too, as one well-behaved dog is welcome.



Step inside to a mudroom for gear storage before opening up into a bright, open-concept living space. The fully renovated kitchen shines with granite countertops and new cabinetry, flowing into a dining area that seats 8 at the table plus 3 more at the bar, and a comfortable living room warmed by a gas fireplace. New flooring runs throughout the mudroom, kitchen, dining, and living areas, and a spacious deck off the living room offers unbeatable west-facing views and sunsets.



This level also holds two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: a primary suite with a king bed and private deck access, and a guest room with two twin beds. Upstairs, a cozy loft with a large futon and loveseat offers extra space to unwind, along with a junior primary suite (king bed, ensuite bath) and a second guest room (two twin beds, private bath). A laundry room with a new full-size washer and dryer sits just off the loft.



Just half a flight down from the front door, guests can enjoy the community hot tub and communal gas grill (propane provided) shared with the Aspen building—open all ski season and typically from mid/late June through Labor Day. If visiting during the fall shoulder season (Sept–Nov), we recommend confirming hot tub availability.



Please note: this condo is accessible by stairs only (two flights), with no elevator.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



This complex cannot allow trailers as parking is tight.  With that said, there are only 2 parking spaces available and one is the garage space.  The garage can accommodate most vehicles but they cannot have a rooftop box.  The garage height is 82 inches.



This condo is on the bus route in the winter and the bus picks you up every hour at the base of the parking lot.  You can ski in/ski out from the north end of the upper parking lot to the West Wall Lift (blue terrain). Early season conditions can limit the ski in/out of this complex.



Renters 25 years and older are welcome.  Children are always welcome with a parent or guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



4 or all wheel drive is suggested in the winter to access the parking lot.



ONLY one well behaved dog is welcome. No cats. The HOA strictly enforces this rule.



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.

Guest Access:

Check in instructions will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival at 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

The Paradise condos are located on Hunter Hill Rd. The shuttle stops one an hour at the end of the driveway and can take you to the base area. 4WD or AWD is recommended for getting to your condo. Only 2 cars per condo are allowed. To access the lifts you can walk/ski behind the San Moritz condos that are just North of Paradise and than hit the slopes just above the Westwall Lift.



Getting Around:

It will be easiest if you have a car to get around. You are about 4.5 miles to the Town of Crested Butte and about 3/4 of a mile to the base area of the mountain.



Other Things to Note:

Parking:

Parking spaces are very limited and it is important that all guests and owners observe the parking rules and regulations.

All vehicles must have a parking tag which will be issued to you upon check in. A parking tag must be hung on the rear view mirror of each vehicle. Owners have been provided a permanent parking tag for each of their vehicles kept on the property.

All vehicles of guests or owners of Aspen and Cottonwood buildings Must park in their assigned garages or in the lower lot which adjoins the Aspen building.  For this unit you must park in the garage and then also behind your garage door.  Please be sure to look up and be aware of any snow that could slide off the roof.  Garage door height 82" and width 105".

Observe all signs for restricted and /or prohibited parking areas.

Any vehicle parked on site without a “parking tag” hanging on the rear view mirror or parked in a restricted or prohibited area will be towed. If your vehicle is towed, you will be responsible for all towing charges.
