Top-Floor 2BR: Unobstructed Mtn Views, Walk to Lifts, Pet Friendly

Our top-floor condo is bright, spotless, and thoughtfully updated — the perfect base for your Crested Butte adventure. Guests rave about the unobstructed, mountain-facing balcony views (the best in the building), the top-floor location with no footsteps overhead, and the fully equipped kitchen.

What you'll enjoy:

- Balcony with sweeping mountain views — sunrises, alpenglow, and snowcats on Mt. Crested Butte
- About a 7 min walk to lifts, plus a free shuttle stop right outside
- Elevator access (rare in CB!)
- In-unit washer/dryer — a lifesaver for families and longer stays
- Truly stocked kitchen with spices, cookware & essentials
- Family-ready: pack & play, baby bath, sled tubes, board games, dining table for shared meals
- Pet-friendly (with approval & $75 fee/pet), plus a building dog wash station
- WFH desk + fast Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming
- Shared hot tub & grill area (building-managed; typically open winter & mid-summer, may close for maintenance)

Sleeping arrangements: one queen bedroom, a bunk room with a twin-over-full (best for kids), and a full pull-out couch in the living room. We allow up to 6 guests but it is most comfortable for 4. Our condo is cozy and efficient, built for people out on the mountain all day who want a warm, well-stocked spot with a great view to land at night.

Gear note: We provide entry hooks and a boot tray, and the in-unit washer/dryer makes drying layers easy. Most guests use their vehicle for bulk ski/board storage.

We've also partnered with Butte & Co to offer guests 20% off ski & snowboard rentals.

We don't have AC, like nearly every building in Mt. Crested Butte, but the nights cool off fast, and we provide fans in every room.

Because we love CB and want you to have the most magical trip, we'll also share our favorite spots for dining, hiking, skiing, and exploring.

During your stay, you'll have full access to the condo and:

- Free shuttle stop right outside for easy trips to the lifts or into town

Parking for one vehicle is included. We're happy to recommend parking options for additional vehicles.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

- Check-in 3pm / Check-out 10am
- The condo is not childproof; please keep an eye on little ones.
- Shoes off at the entry keeps the space clean.
- Upper bunk is not suitable for guests over 150 lbs.
- Pets welcome with prior approval ($75 fee per pet) and must follow house rules (cannot be left unattended & not allowed on furniture).
- No smoking or parties anywhere on the property.
- Hot tub is shared and building-managed; it may close for cleaning/maintenance. Hours are 10am–10pm.
- Please use the bear-proof dumpster in the parking lot — it must stay properly latched.
- Parking: one vehicle is included. Additional space is often available in the lot on a first-come basis.
