The Space:

Start your vacation in luxury at this beautiful 4-bedroom villa in Mt. Crested Butte. Walk straight to the slopes or bike right to the trails from this well-located property, and reach the base area in just a 5-minute walk — where you can also catch the bus into the town of Crested Butte.



The lower floor features a large media room with comfortable couches, a big-screen TV, and a full bathroom — a great spot for kids or adults to relax after a day outside. A twin rollaway bed and a full laundry room are also on this level.



The 2nd floor is where the views come in, with dramatic sightlines of Mt. Crested Butte from the living room windows and from the brand-new hot tub on the adjoining deck. This floor holds an open great room with a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living and dining areas, plus a powder bath. The living area has a gas fireplace and a large-screen TV, and opens onto a deck with seating — a nice spot to soak in the hot tub or take in the stars. The primary suite is also on this level, with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a separate shower and soaking tub.



The 3rd floor holds the remaining three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own ensuite full bath.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



We cannot rent to anyone under 25 years of age but children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



Parking: No trailers, RVs, boats, side by sides, ATVs, may be parked outside. These must fit inside the garage. All other vehicles, including cars and trucks, shall be parked in the designated off-street parking associated with the subject unit at all times (this is the garage and driveway only). The maximum number of vehicles permitted shall be limited to the amount of off-street parking associated with the subject unit which is 3. No parking is allowed on any street, or in the overflow parking lot since the overflow parking lot is for owner use only. No parking on the grass of any unit.



This is a non-smoking property. 



This property is not pet friendly.

Quiet neighborhood about 3 blocks from the Silver Queen Lift.



Getting Around:

Walk up to the Mountaineer Square and up the stairs on the right and hop on the free Town Shuttle to Crested Butte or walk to the slopes by taking a left outside the house and go straight across Gothic Rd/HWY 135 and take a left and than a right into the Whetstone parking lot. Walk b/w the Axtel and Whetstone buildings to the slopes.
