About this property

Townhouse Close to the Beach with Fibre Optic, UK TV and Communal Swimming Pool

Important Note: The company will not accept groups of young people or groups of bachelor parties. Some properties are available for couples under 25 years of age.

A semi-detached house in the Playa del Cantal area. On the first floor there are the two bedrooms and the shower room.

On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and toilet with sink. There is access from the living room to the community area where the pool is.

The house is equipped with Fiber and Spanish and foreign television.

There is a private parking space just in front of the house.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Fabulous little townhouse in a lovely quiet location

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! Only negatives - very very basic provisions to start your stay, we're used to staying places where they leave things like salt, pepper, oil, some basic toiletries, you'll need to stock up on the way if you're arriving late as they're was literally one Riley roll in each bathroom. That wouldn't put us off however, we'd just be better prepared next time! Would definitely stay again. Lovely comfy beds, nice staff to sit out for a coffee, friendly neighbours so would give it 5 starts!

Good location and comfortable

Overall, the property was satisfactory. It was in a good location with off-road parking being a bonus. The toilet and bathroom appear to have been recently refurbished to a good standard. Some other areas of the property were however showing signs of age - e.g. the patio door and external bedroom doors were poorly fitted with only rudimentary security. The 2nd bedroom door for example leaked when it rained and I spent 3-4 days mopping the floor and drying towels. Granted, the rain was particularly bad but any rain would have found it's way through the faulty door. The beds were very comfy but some of the other furnishing were again showing signs of age - e.g. bedside tables, wardrobes and sofa. The kitchen also seemed to have been recently refurbished - again, to a good standard.In summary, the property is in a good location and provides a comfortable enough stay. But it does need a bit of updating to compete with other similar properties that we've rented in the Mojacar Playa area.
