SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT
Our dedication to minimizing environmental impact extends to both our listings and our own home. We responsibly manage trash, recycling, and compost. Furthermore, we contribute to the community by donating bottle returns to the Lamoille Area Cancer Network, aiding local families and individuals facing the financial challenges of treatment. Thank you for being part of our sustainability efforts.
GUEST WELL-BEING
The well-being of our guests is our top priority. Our home is outfitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a sprinkler system, and a fire extinguisher on every floor. The boiler, newly installed in 2023, undergoes annual inspections and servicing by a qualified technician. During winter, our commitment extends to clearing and sanding driveways and pathways for your safety and convenience. Your peace of mind is paramount to us.
NATURE & BUGS
Our charming house in rural Vermont offers an immersive experience in nature, surrounded by lush forests. Embrace the tranquility, but keep in mind that bugs are a part of this natural setting. Ants, wasps, mosquitos, black flies, and ladybugs are active during spring, summer, and fall. While they pose no threat to your safety, having bug spray on hand will enhance your outdoor enjoyment. Lighting a fire can also be an effective way to keep them at bay.
