Peaceful retreat with pool and BBQ

Villa Naturis is the perfect retreat for a peaceful holiday in Alvor, with a natural setting and all the amenities for unforgettable moments. Located in a quiet area and just a few minutes from the centre and beaches, this modern residence offers comfort, space and privacy.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, a dining room overlooking the garden and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining area. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shared bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing and drying machine.



The upper floor has three bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with a shower.



No rooftop, you will be able to enjoy a terrace with a view of the countryside, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.



On the outside, the swimming pool with a view of the countryside invites long dips under the Algarve sun. The garden features fruit trees, a lounge area next to the pool, a trampoline for the little ones' fun and a barbecue for outdoor meals with family or friends.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €700 / Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).

Perfect Family Retreat

Villa Naturis was an incredible place to stay. The house is modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with a lovely rooftop terrace and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Perfect family holiday villa

Villa Naturis was the perfect choice for our family holiday. The villa was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The children loved the trampoline and the garden, while the adults enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having meals outdoors. The quiet location made it easy to unwind, yet we were only a short drive from the beach, restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommended.

Tranquility, comfort, and nature — all in one place

Our stay at Villa Naturis was excellent in every way. The villa is spacious and well-designed, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The ground floor offers large, bright common areas, perfect for socializing, and easy access to the pool area. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained, with a pool facing the open countryside and a garden full of fruit trees. The kids were always entertained between the pool and the trampoline. A true Algarve retreat

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Villa Naturis. The house is modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we loved having meals in the dining area with views of the garden. The outdoor space was definitely our favorite part, the pool overlooking the countryside was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kids had a great time jumping on the trampoline and exploring the garden filled with fruit trees. The location is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet, yet still close to Alvor’s center and its beautiful beaches. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect for a family holiday with comfort and privacy

We were delighted with Villa Naturis from the moment we arrived. The house has a welcoming atmosphere and is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The garden is lovely, with plenty of space to relax, a practical barbecue area, and even a trampoline for the little ones. Inside, everything is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, the bedrooms are spacious and the living room opens to stunning countryside views. Mornings on the rooftop terrace were magical, so peaceful, with sunshine and birdsong. The villa is located in a quiet area, just a short drive from Alvor and the coast. We highly recommend it!

probably one of the worse places i have stayed, the bed was full of bugs and blood. Took them around 3 days to replace them all we were there for 5 days.me and my 75 years old father had to lift the mattresses and move them out as the mattress company didn't want to touch the bugs. When we first arrived non of the sliding doors opened and it was roasting inside as there are no air cons in the living room, dinning room or kitchen. One of the air cons in the bedroom never worked, this is in the heat of summer. we even asked them to let us check in to a hotel but they kept assuring us that someone would be coming out to fix the problems. The chorine in the pool was really excessive all the kids come out in a rash. Avoid the this property at all costs. There are many more properties out there that deserve your hard earned money.
