2 bedroom modern cottage best location Ligonier pet friendly available

Centrally located two bedroom modern cottage. Located minutes from town, Linn Run, Idlewild park, Laurel Mountain ski resort, Fort Ligonier. Just 30 minutes from Falling water, Seven Springs Ski Resort, and more. Six cottages available for family reunions, weddings, and family vacations. Cottages can accommodate up to 24 people total. Queen beds in each bedroom. Wi-Fi, cable tv. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Place settings for 6 people. Please feel free to contact me. We have multiple cottages available, even if it looks like we are booked on the calendar. We have a pet friendly cottage for one dog under 40 lbs. The fee per pet per night is 25.00. If there are additional requirements please contact owner.

Clean, spacious, comfortable cottage! Close to all ski resorts, esp. Laurel Mt and Laurel Ridge State Park XC skiing (10 min away). Close to cute town too! Jen was great. Our dog and kid loved the place.

We stay in Ligonier often, but usually have to leave our dog at home. We were attracted to this property because we could bring him with us.Property owner was always quick to respond, everything was clean, and stocked with everything that we needed. It felt like our own get away.

Proximity to Main St Ligonier was perfect just a 3 min drive. The cottage was spotless! We enjoyed having a firepit at night. A little noisy with Route 30 being so close but only really heard it when we were outside

Family Visit

The property is just as advertised and was a perfect choice, not to mention it's pet friendly! It was very cold, but each room had its own temperature-controlled unit which was an added benefit. Would love to stay again during the spring/summer.

Awesome place

Very nice cottage with lots of room. The only thing we didn’t like was the outside road noise. Obviously Route 30 is right there and we figured it would be noisy but it was just slightly annoying. Inside the place is really nicely done and we definitely enjoyed our stay

Fall visit

I stayed two nights with my sister daughter son in law and dog. Location was perfect close to ligonier. We were short on towels but she almost immediately brought more. Different temperature controls for bedrooms and living room was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. It was close to Idlewild and Soak zone. Very clean. If I was to pick one thing that could have been better, it would be the comfort of the beds, they were a bit springy and uncomfortable. Everything else was great!

Just what we needed

Sunset Cottages were perfect for our trip. We had our small dog with us and the pet friendly cottage we had was very clean. There is a small tv in the living area, no cable. The shower was nice. Bed was very soft. No extensive check out list, just take trash to the dumpster and leave towels in the shower. We would definitely stay there again.

Great property!

This is a comfortable, clean and quiet property. It's fairly new and it shows. Love the location. Also, the owner is fabulous! There was a wind storm coming through when we stayed and she stopped by to suggest moving our car to a better location so any falling branches wouldn't affect it. She also gave some suggestions on great places to eat. We'll definitely go back!
