The host was great called about water and he responded quickly.As far as the property it needs a deep clean furnishings and carpet are very used no blinds on a couple windows and a towel on the window in the shower.

The home was reaaonably clean and in a lovely area. We had an event to go to but if we had not plans, there was a wonderful and extremely generous array of books and games. The kitchen was up to date.

The home had a renovated kitchen and bathroom. The problem was the furniture was all very old, stained, covered in kids stickers, sofas were trash. Throw away 1/2 the not needed furniture, replace the sofas and the house would be great.

The house itself was decent but the furniture is very beat up and the couches should have been thrown out years ago. The yard had not been mowed in ages and looked like a hayfield. It made it impossible to do anything outside. Owner needs to hire a new cleaning crew. Mirrors were filthy and furniture was dusty. Overall we felt uncomfortable for the duration of the stay due to the poor conditions.

Very nice stay

Small home but comfortable and nice. Stayed one night to attend a funeral in Ligonier. Very good price and easy access to/from Ligonier. Would recommend for similar circumstances.

We had a great time!

The place was super clean and exactly as advertised. They also provided about 7-8 full size bath towels and a ton of extra blankets which was a nice surprise. It was a little chilly when we got there but it warmed up quickly. Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend!!

Idlewild trip

Great area close to Idlewild park. Nice area. Good communication with host. Checking in my son slipped on steps due to slippery mildew so I scrubbed them before the little ones came. Grass was recently mowed but looked like a hayfield. Home was very dirty with very worn furniture. We stayed because we had other family at other rentals we were meeting. We made it work but will not go back

My family of 4 plus our dog stayed here for a quick overnight stop while travelling between NC and MI, and for a visit to the nearby Flight 93 National Memorial. The location was perfect for us - close to Ligonier for restaurants but in a rural area, so it was very quiet.The house itself was fine for our needs - "no frills" is a very good description. The furniture is in pretty rough shape and the master bedroom only has a full-size bed, not a queen (our fault for not reading closely), so we split up for the night since there are multiple twin beds. There were some cleanliness issues - food pieces in the fridge, hair in the shower, etc., but overall it was adequate for a quick one night stay.

Great Location and great place to stay

The place was very comfortable for 5 -6 people it was very roomy and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The location was great it was with 30 minutes of 3 ski resorts. It was very quiet and even had some nightly deer visitors. We would definitely stay again.

Nice easy stay

Place for exactly what we needed for a quick night in the area. Brian was easy to contact via text. Cell connection is spotty but the WiFi works well.
