This was a great stay. We visited as part of a family trip (2 parents, 2 children). The location was great, near the large square and close to a grocery store. I appreciated the layout and having three AC units was very helpful. The funny thing about the apartment is that there are a lot of electrical switches and some of them controlled power to important features like the hot water heater and dishwasher. None of the switches are labeled, so it was a bit of a mystery when we had to find out why the hot water heater was not working. Fortunately, we found the correct switch in the bedroom next door.
Although close to the Piazza Maggiore and a few other important places the apartment itself was on an alley that was very hard to get reception on so no taxi drivers could find us there. The street also had a lot of construction barriers so parking a rental car was impossible. As soon as we looked at the couch we noticed a large pillow was hiding a tear on one of the cushions and a cabinet handle was barely attached. We felt like we had to bet extra careful not to break anything while there. The property manager only had one set of keys for two couples which was awkward, too.If you're looking for a place to drop your bags and sleep, this would work just fine!I believe they have more than one place they rent out. The reviews I read didn't match the accommodations.
There were 3 of us that stayed here. It was a nice place to stay. Quiet, good location...every alleyway lead to a new adventure. Lots of places to eat in the area... you just have to find them. Beds were comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was great. I would suggest a little better instructions on how to get there from the water bus. The water bus is very close which was great. We went to nearby islands of Morano and Burano... highly recommend. All in all i would recommend.
Great location, beautiful apartment, and very communicative. The check-in process was long and arduous. You have manually input a lot of information for every traveler. I've seen better check-in processes online. Their price for a late check-out was really high too. I think it was the same price for overnight. However, it was a great stay and a pleasant place.
