Lovely and quiet apartment located in Pietralata, inside a historic building in the heart of Bologna city center. Comfortable to all amenities the apartment is located just 5/10 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and all the major attractions of the city. Close to restaurants, clubs and all the shopping streets. From the windows of the house you can admire the typical roofs of Bologna.
Located in a central and strategic position, perfect for those who want to visit the center of Bologna and have little time or for those who want to spend more days in our beautiful city. The apartment is incredibly quiet despite being located a few steps from via San Felice, one of the most beautiful and characteristic streets of Bologna. The area is perfectly served by all means of transportation, and nearby there are covered parking spaces and parking lots.
Perfect for those who want to visit the main tourist attractions of the city or for those who have to go to Maggiore Hospital.
The two-roomed apartment has a full kitchen with induction table, microwave oven and everything you need for a few days.
Internet wi-fi is free.
In front of the entrance door of the apartment you will find a nice outdoor common space ideal for relaxing at the end of a typically tourist day.

This area is easily accessible by any means of transport!
If you arrive by train at Central Station you can take bus number 36 and get off at PALASPORT / Paladozza. Via Pietralata 16 is only 300 meters walk from the stop.

If you arrive on the highway I suggest you take the Bologna ring road and exit at number 5 then park in Via Riva Reno or via della Grada. Here you will find both car parks and private garages.

If you arrive at Guglielmo Marconi airport, however, you have different possibilities: the quickest of course is to take a taxi to Via Pietralata 16 (about € 15).
Otherwise if you want to use public transport you can take the BLQ bus (€ 6 each) and get off at the Central Train Station. From here take the bus 36, which stops at PALASPORT / Paladozza.
Or always take the BLQ and go to the MAGGIORE OSPEDALE.
From here you can take bus number 19 and get off in via SAN FELICE.

A day in Bologna

We had a wonderful time in Bologna. The apartment was small and quaint, perfect for the three of us. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard drinking a glass of wine in the evening. Andrea was phenomenal in all the help he gave us and answering questions and making suggestions! We highly recommend this site for your time in Bologna! Ciao!

Perfect location and apartment

From the moment I saw Andreas big smile I felt welcomed. He took me up to the apartment and showed me everything I needed. Gave me excellent recommendations and very helpful tips. The location is perfect. Everything I wanted to see was within a half hour walk. There is a very vibrant night life close by. It was by far the quietest place I stayed. No noise from the street through the night. I would absolutely stay here again.

my grown up daughter an me loved it there

The place ist very nice and very clean. We needed just a few minutes by taxis from the maintrainstation to the appartment. The beds ar very comfy and good smelling! We really slept well there. Also the kitchen was clean and you have everything you need there for cooking. Showercabine ist a little small, but okay to handle. Our Host Andrea was very nice, we were in good contact through whatsApp, he was very fast with writing back, if we had a question and was also very patient, as our train had a delay. Your really make a good choice, if you rent this place!

The Property owner was amazing from the tome we booked our stay. She helped us to navigate from the train, gave us tips on costs, places to go/see and her property manager Simone was amazing when we arrived. If not rented before you arrive they will support an early check in which is a gift! The apartment has an amazing shared courtyard which was a treat. Reality is you are out and about most of the day so the apartment had all we need and then some! Got amazing recommendation for dinner Trattoria Dame(lierLly around the corner but get a reservation just in case). The Ice cream cheese was unreal! The owner made sure we had all we needed and all the tips to maximize our time in Bologna. Their kitchen wall of guests signatures says it all- you should stay here! Reasonable price for great amenities and location and Bologna is worth the stop to see , experience and EAT here!!!

Un petit appartement très calme proche du Centre-Ville, idéal pour un court séjour

Un accueil très sympathique de la part d'Andrea le propriétaire, le centre-ville de Bologne est à 10 minutes à pied sous les arcades. L'appartement est lumineux et moderne. Très bien pour deux personnes, la mezzanine pour une 3e personne est vraiment un appoint (encaissée au dessus de l'entrée et très chaude l'été). Attention n'oubliez pas de payer le parking dans la rue adjacente si vous êtes en voiture (la rue est interdite à la circulation), un retard de plus d'une heure nous a coûté 57€ !

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum.

Genau die richtige Wohnung für Bologna-Liebhaber: Zentral gelegen, hell und sauber. Nicht allzu groß, dafür aber liebevoll und stilsicher ausgestattet. Andrea und Simone sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die sich wirklich um alles kümmern. Kleines Manko: Die Nachbarn sind stets hörbar. Wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte Ohropax im Gepäck haben.
