Very according host that was super helpful. Apartment is bigger than expected and has a great location. Less than 10 minutes walk to the main square and great places to eat and drink.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Paglia Tre. There was a little welcome care package with some goodies. A very nice touch. House had pretty much everything we needed for cooking just missing a peeler. Within walking distance to most attractions. We pretty much parked our car and walked everywhere. Just an fyi if you have difficulty with stairs there is no elevator, which we knew in advance. Another thing is there can be a bit of noise in the evenings, especially if you leave the window open. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our week in Paglia tre immensely. The location was perfect for us. It is in a calm, attractive neighborhood close enough to the bustling center, but far enough away from the tourist zone.We were lucky to find Eleanora's beautiful, spacious and extremely clean apartment. Elenora is a wonderful hostess. Paglia Tre is a very nice apartment and perfect for 2 couples. It is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. Elenora has taken obvious pride in ownership and this is reflected in the attention to detail and to the cleanliness of the apartment. The location is very good for exploring Bologna on foot. Elenoras home is really perfect! Close to all the good stuff in Bologna and a really comfortable and well equipped place! We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every minute!

Nice accommodation. Our beds were comfortable, facilities all worked well. Bakery and best(?!) ice cream shop very local: D’Azeglio. Also several restaurants just a round a corner or two. Don’t forget to add tourist tax to the cost, you’ll need to leave cash for that as you leave. We found parking close-by but outside of the central controlled traffic zone, payable (and rechargable) via EasyPark at Corona Semicentrale.

Great Apartment in Local Neighborhood

The apartment is perfectly located close enough to the tourist area but you still have all the local places to eat and see. Apartment is very nice and one of only a few with 2 bathrooms. Would highly recommend.

We loved this little apartment in Bologna! Host was super responsive, bed comfortable, water pressure also good. Located 10-15 walk from Plaza Maggiore and about 30 to train station. We were very pleased. Grazie!

Paglia Tre Perfect

Very much enjoyed staying here during a family trip to Bologna! We were visiting the first time from the USA. The apartment was clean and well furnished, with plenty of room for a family. The location was ideal, a short walk from the city center. Communications with the property manager were quick and convenient - very good!

This apartment was within walking distance of everything in Bologna and also provided a quiet oasis at night for rest. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Just a few steps to grocery store & coffee bar. We enjoyed the espresso machine! Our host was very helpful and even booked us a taxi for our departure. Highly recommend!

Last Leg

It was a very good quiet location. Piazza Maggiori was very close with so much history. A food market and a very good coffee bar are close by. Inside is great too with the washing machine and two AC units. The skylights in the bathrooms are nice also. Will be back.

Best Bologna Location

If you want to explore ALL that the incredible city of Bologna has to offer, THIS is the location for you! Eleonora's apartment is perfectly situated for visiting the dozens of the wonderful attractions in this ancient Italian city. The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. Eleonora herself was fantastic, responding to our every need, and making sure that, even though there were dangerous weather conditions in the area (sever flooding), all of our needs were promptly met. There is no other accommodation for us if we visit Bologna again - this wonderful apartment was perfect for our family.
