Recently renovated apartment, close to the beach, golf course, and marina in El Candado (East Málaga). A peaceful area, yet close to El Palo and El Dedo Beach—a 15-minute walk<br>—beautifully situated with ocean views, overlooking a 9-hole golf course; the club entrance is 500 metres from the apartment. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, with many typical Spanish restaurants to choose from<br>. A bus stop heading towards the historic centre is 1 km away, and it takes 15 minutes to get city centre. The nearest supermarket is 1.3 km away.<br>The space<br>The living room has large sliding doors that open wide, offering views of the valley and the sea. It features a 3-seater sofa and a lounge chair, a dining table for 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 3-burner electric cooktop, microwave, convection oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There is an air conditioner for cooling or heating. Through the hall, you’ll find the smaller bedroom with two separate beds (80x200 cm each) and the master bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). Each room has a closet with ample storage space. It overlooks the sea and the valley. The air conditioner provides heating or cooling. The bathroom has a toilet and a large walk-in shower.<br>In front of the apartment is a large terrace with a private BBQ area, featuring a sink and a large worktop for eating and preparing lunch or dinner. There’s also a large table with stools to enjoy the ocean view.<br>Down the stairs, you’ll reach the large sundeck and pool.<br>Guest access:<br>. You have a private terrace with a BBQ area; down the stairs, there’s a huge sundeck shared with the other tenants in the apartment next door (max. 2 people).<br>Next to the entrance of the property is a washing machine shared with the other guests (max. 2 people).<br>Other things to note<br>. Both apartments on the property have their own private terrace so you can enjoy your holiday without being disturbed.
