Katy is amazing! She truly is the best host and this place is amazing. The pool is awesome, the bedrooms are nice size and comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and you have everything you need for the beach. This is our second time staying here and both times have been amazing. Any issue we had Katy was super responsive and always checking in.

Katy's property is a rare gem in Anna Marie. Perfect for a couples getaway or even with a few kids. The home is well appointed, clean, and inviting. The pool is larger than it looks in the photos and it actually functions as described (unlike other properties managed by large companies in the area). The provided golf cart on premises (at a fee) was also an added bonus and gave us one less thing to think about. Don't hesitate to stay at this amazing property.

Great Stay

The unit was splendid, one the most comfortable beds we have ever sleep in. The property was every thing we had hoped for and the beach at the end of the road was excellent. Met some lovely people (neighbors) during our stay. Anna Maria is just so relaxing, sorry to leave.
