Delightful stay

We enjoyed a delightful week in this lovely apartment. It not only has a magnificent view but also it’s location is so convenient to three charming villages with interesting shops, restaurants and sites of interest. We plan to return.

A lovely slice of heaven!

The apartment was everything I'd hoped for and more. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, but at the same time very comfortable and well appointed. The view is spectacular, and the large terrace allows for maximum enjoyment of the view and the sun. It's in a perfect location for easy access to three villages, each with different charms. We enjoyed walking to Beaulieu for the open air market and morning coffee and baked goods, St. Jean-Cap-Ferrat for the beautiful sea views and port side restaurants, and Villefranche-sur-mer for a more lively and Italianate seaside village flavor. Although it's very close to the train station, shopping, restaurants, and more, the apartment is in a quiet location. We opted not to rent a car and instead used Uber, which was readily available and saved us the trouble of driving, parking, etc. Christopher was very responsive and helpful throughout. The only negative was having to leave!

We stayed here for a week in early May—traveling to the South of France for the first time—and had a fantastic stay. The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos—it is clearly designed by a professional. All amenities were as promised and more, including supplies in the home. The views expand the entire property and are spectacular to wake up to each day. The area is extremely walkable, and the nearby villages are quite charming. At times you feel as though you are on a movie set! We mostly used car services, but transportation appeared to be easy and nearby. The host (Christopher) was very responsive leading up to our arrival and the manager (Fabien) was equally as helpful during our stay, including by providing recommendations for restaurants, local grocery shopping, and getting around. In fact, due to flights we arrived later than expected and Fabien quickly adjusted without hesitation. The check-out process was quick and seamless. We would absolutely stay here again, though perhaps timing-wise, closer to summer (even by a couple of weeks) for a bit warmer weather. Thank you Christopher!

Paradise on the Riveira, Best view, Best Location

I stayed in this gorgeous apartment for two weeks with my husband. We are both retired and found the location to be perfect for us as we did not want to rent a car. The apartment is within easy walking distance from three lovely Vllages, each with their own unique character and to many of the best beaches on the Riviera. The bus stop is a four minute walk from the apt and the train station is a 10 minute walk. One day we had a leisurely breakfast on the terrace, lunch in Monaco and dinner in Italy and still returned home to sleep in our own beds! It is hard to tear yourself away form the spectacular views from the terrace. We found ourselves eating all our meals there. We especially enjoyed seeing the sunrise over the mountains and sea from our beds each morning. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen all have the best view on the Riviera. For years we have stayed at 5 star hotels but staying here was better and at a fraction of the price. We had all the conveniences but with total privacy. Being fussy perfectionists we especially appreciated the strong water pressure in the showers and the highest quality mattresses and linens. The kitchen is very well equipped. I especially enjoyed viewing the sea and the yatchs as I cooked. The salt water heated swimming pool with it's enchanting flowers and views of the sea was a daily treat and only a few steps from the entrance to the apt. We also took daily swims at the many nearby beaches not being able to make up our mind weather we preferred sand beaches or stone beaches, we always had our pick. The apartment was immaculate and well maintained. I can't say enough good things about this most magical slice of paradise!

Spectacular apartment & vacation. It's Paradise!

All your needs are met in this gorgeous apartment. Beautiful sea views from the balcony and all the rooms making the apartment bright and airy. The apartment is well appointed with very beautiful and comfortable furniture including the beds. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The apartment is well cared for and is immaculate. Pool and grounds are beautifully maintained. Location was perfect for our family as you can walk everywhere, beaches, shops, restaurants and to public transportation. We can't wait to return to this luxurious apartment (our new home away from home) and amazing St. Jean Cap Ferrat to enjoy another wonderful holiday. So much to see and do.
