This is where the Pas Maï villa, Provençal from the 1950s, is located, on the upper part of Cap Ferrat in its setting of greenery and tranquility. Facing South East, it benefits from plenty of sunshine. The accommodation is on the garden level of the villa. Completely renovated to provide all the comfort for a pleasant stay. Made up of 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet. On request, a 3rd bedroom with shower and toilet can be offered to you, but at an additional cost. The living room around the (decorative) fireplace with sofa, bench, library of various books, trinkets and others. Adjoining the living room is the indoor dining room with crockery and cutlery for the ambiance of your meals. The loggia opens up outdoor living, the dining area and relaxation area. A few meters away is the swimming pool, the walk in the garden around the goldfish pond among the fruit trees, the plancha. Our attention and discretion will be required to be pleasant to you.

Wonderful Stay in Cap-Ferrat

We had the most wonderful week in Cap-Ferrat. The home is lovely and perfect for a family vacation. The house is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy the pool, cook, do laundry, and relax. The hosts are a lovely couple that live upstairs. They were so helpful and accommodating, and we cannot wait to go back again.

Great place, great host

We spend a wonderfull week in Cap Ferrat. Everything worked, great place, very good service. Very kind host. I hope we will find a free slot again so that we can come back.

Brilliant stay!

We loved our stay in the ground floor of this unique and lovely villa. If you want to stay in Cap Ferrat this is in a really great location, 10 minutes walk down to the marina and restaurants, a great boulangerie, and then a short walk up to some really beautiful peddle beaches. Kids loved the grounds of the villa with trampoline and pool. Cathy & Alain were wonderful hosts!

Wonderful days

We had some wonderful days at Villa Pas Mai on Cap Ferrat. The owner Cathy and Alain made us feel very welcome. They are so kindly, helpful and very discret. The apartment on the ground floor is very comfortable, clean and spacious. We like the garden with a large terrace and the pool very much. Thank you again Cathy and Alain. We will come back!

Perfect winter holiday in Cap Ferrat

We (2 adults + 2 kids 5 +8 years) have been the third time with Cathy and Alain. This place is so quiet and wonderful - specially in winter if almost nobody is in Cap Ferrat - except some inhabitants. Long walks around the Caps (Cap Ferrat, Cap D'Ail, Cap D'Antibes...) with 13 days sun on 14 days holiday. Alain and Cathy lovely as always. The apartment in perfect condition. Hope to find the time to come back next winter!

Lovely stay

My friend and I stayed at Cathy and Alain’s home for one week. We had a great stay. Everything was so clean and beautiful. We felt cared for, thanks to Cathy and Alain. They truly thought of every detail including fresh oranges from the garden. When my luggage was lost by the airline they helped us get the suitcase from the delivery company. This home is also in a wonderful place with a beautiful hiking trail near by. The entire area is peaceful and filled with special nature spots. We enjoyed walking around and exploring Cap Ferrat. It felt amazing coming home to such a beautiful space. Thank you Alain & Cathy - we will definitely be back 🌸

enjoyed peacefulness and great hospitality

This is an excellent vacation retreat. The beautiful villa has a large garden with a nice pool. The owners Alain and Cathy are lovely hosts. They really know how to make you feel welcome and get all the details right. The bottom floor is separate and spacious, perfect for the four of us (two adults and two three year olds). The pool and garden are available to the exclusive use of the guests. Our children spent lots of time playing in and around the pool. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace. Cap Ferrat is a very quiet and beautiful peninsula with luxury villas. We rented a boat several times to explore the peninsula and swim and snorkel. There is also a great path around the peninsula to walk or run with views of the Sea, Villefranche, Nice, Beaulieu and Monte Carlo. We'll surely return to this lovely place!

Exceptional villa, location and hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at Pas Moi . The hosts Alain and Cathy made us feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay in this fantastic part of France. . For a family with children you’ll find everything you need including the pool and patio area. Highly recommended. Thank you to both Alain and Cathy we’ll be back soon .

Exceptional home away from home

The listing for this wonderful property--cherised and well maintained by owners Cathy et Alain--is very accurate, but doesn't even give justice to the villa. The rental part of this home (an original villa built in 1956) is the entire ground floor. The space is immaculately clean, fresh, updated, sun-filled and very spacious. We are a small family of 3pp and we were so comfortable here. You have a very nice kitchen with every cooking/serving need + upscale/updated appliances. You have a full bathroom with shower/toilet/vanity in the primary bedroom. You have a second bedroom with a shower/vanity room and a separate half-bathroom (toilet/vanity) down the hall. You have a lovely dining room and sitting/room/living room for common space. Finally, you have the fabulous covered patio with lounge chairs, dining set and a gorgeous pool set amid an established and stunning yard. Our 7-yr old daughter was so happy and comfortable being/playing outside amidst the fruit trees, the little koi pond with frogs, the seesaw and in the pool. We could watch her while sipping coffee or wine at the table and join her to explore the garden and enjoy the numerous birds that visited. One must also note the amazing neighborhood where this home is located: chic, quiet and well located doesn't begin to describe this slice of heaven on Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat. It is very safe and enjoyable to walk around and enjoy the community park, the sculpture and to descend/ascend the steep steps into the port area and main village (for shopping, provisions, restaurants and entertainment). We loved "coming home" after a full day of exploration around Cap Ferrat and to neighborhing villages of Eze, Beaulieu, VilleFranche and Nice. We cannot say enough superlatives about our hosts. They are kind, discreet, gracious and helpful. They stock you generously in the kitchen and with a few bath amenities to get started. My only suggestion for them would be to upgrade or boost the WiFi. My husband struggled with working in the mornings before we ventured out daily. Of note - we stayed over our late April break and it was still a bit chilly/rainy along the Riviera. The positives were that we had beach clubs/restaurants to ourselves at times and we didn't need to plan ahead. The 'negatives' are that you really cannot swim. It's more of a walk around and play time of year; not a beach week. Je vous remercie, Alain et Cathy, pour un sejour superb sur le Cote d'Azur en avril. A bientot! Shari

Côte d'Azur-Traum

Pas Mai ist ein Côte d'Azur-Traum: Ein großes Grundstück auf der Halbinsel Cap Ferrat, ruhig und gepflegt mit einem schönen Pool. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet mit zwei Schlafzimmern mit je einem separaten Bad. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter wohnen in der ersten Etage, sie sind aber eher Gastgeber: freundlich, warmherzig und zurückhaltend, doch zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht. Das eigene Auto kann man problemlos auf dem Grundstück abstellen, das von einem Tor geschützt wird. Wir haben die Tage genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke! Pas Mai est un rêve de la Côte d'Azur: un grand terrain sur la presqu'île du Cap Ferrat, calme et bien entretenu avec une belle piscine. L'appartement est spacieux et agréablement aménagé avec deux chambres à coucher, chacune avec une salle de bain séparée. La cuisine a tout ce qu'il faut. Les propriétaires habitent au premier étage, mais ils sont plutôt des hôtes: aimables, chaleureux et réservés, mais disponibles quand on a besoin d'eux. On peut sans problème garer sa propre voiture sur le terrain, qui est protégé par un portail. Nous avons apprécié ces quelques jours et nous nous sommes sentis très bien! Merci!

Bit of a stair climb to and from the villa to town but we'll worth it for the views and to burn off the calories. Again and Cathy could not be more welcoming and the facilities are very clean and the most stylish we have been in for a long time. We will definitely return.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful property, lovely and convenient location

My wife and I and our 4 year old Joshua grabbed what we had hoped to be a week of sun in the South of France in April. Sadly, the weather was wet and windy for most of our stay. On the plus side: Our hosts Alain and Cathy were truly wonderful - we had some basic supplies on arrival including home made marmalade. Nothing was too much trouble. We even got invited for an apéritif! Such lovely people. The property was immaculately clean, spacious, very comfortable beds, beautiful grounds and secure. It was also a very peaceful location. Only a 10 minute walk down to St Jean Cap Ferrat. Superb hosts, wonderful property in an ideal location.

Eine wundervolle Woche unter der Pergola - das Frühstück in der Sonne, der Abend unter Sternen. Die Ferienwohnung im ruhigen Erdgeschoss bietet Platz, Komfort und einen großen Pool, optimal für 2 Paare am Mittelmeer. Dazu lassen die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Vermieter nichts vermissen und überraschen mit einem apéritif en Français.

Peaceful paradise with perfect hosts

Have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this magnificent property. Brilliant hosts, lovely pool and garden. Short walk to the village of St Jean Cap Ferrat and several beautiful beaches. Just around the corner from The Grand Hotel Cap Ferrat. Can not recommend highly enough if there were 6 stars we would give this. Merci beaucoup Alain et Cathy a bientôt

Perfect Paradise

Alain and Cathy have created a fabulous haven of calm. Discreet but ever helpful and very kind. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and fully equipped for a family stay. The pool and garden are beautiful and the location exceptional. We are very grateful for the kind hospitality and only regret that our French language skills are so poor we couldn't express our gratitude fully when we left. Paradise found!

Alain and Cathy’s lovely home in the wooded hills above St. Jean Cap Ferrat provides a wonderful base from which to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside and picturesque harbours of the Cote D’Azur. Alain and Cathy are delightful hosts, very discreet, but always there to help should the need arise (as it did when our rental car broke down!). The apartment is delightful and the garden terrace overlooking the pool is a great place to relax and take the sun on the comfortable loungers provided. Alaine et Cathy - nous avons vraiment apprécié notre soirée avec vous , je vous remercie pour votre aimable hospitalité et une merveilleuse vacances! Andrew & Sharon

Perfect winter holiday

We (2 adults + 2 kids 4 +7 years) had a perfect winter holiday in the Villa Pas Mai. It was the best rental apartment we had so far. Clean, beautiful garden, parking in front of the apartment, all you need as part of the equipment, beautiful furnishings. Alain & Cathy are extremly welcoming & helpful. You don't see them but if you need them - they are there to help their guests. The whole villa is in perfect shape. We are looking forward coming back in summer / new years. Thanks for the awesome holiday!,

quand on arrive à la villa PAS MAI on a l'impression que la maison nous tend les bras. qu'y avons nous trouvé : -un accueil très chaleureux de CATHY et ALAIN -une location soigneusement décorée et très confortable -une piscine rien que pour nous -un parc arboré (que d'arbres fruiitiers... de fleurs) -un lieu propice à la détente -proximité des moyens de transports bus train pour découvrir tant de sites exceptionnels. Nos vacances à la Villa Pas Maï étaient très agréable. L'appartement est vraiment joli avec un grand jardin, très propre et on y trouve toutes les choses dont on a besoin. Cathy et Alain sont très gentils, toujours disponibles et accueillants. La maison n'est pas très loin des grandes villes mais se situe dans un endroit très beau et calme, parfait pour se reposer après avoir passé la journée à Nice ou Monaco. Merci pour l'hospitalité!

Notre semaine à la Villa Pas Maï

Avec mon mari (nous habitons Munich) nous avons passé une semaine très agréable chez Cathy et Alain. On se sent tout de suite chez sois dans le joli apartement avec tout comfort, et plus que cela avec des attentions pour les locataires, que je pense assez rares. Cela met à l'aise et on peut relaxer dès le premier jour. Non seulement l'apartement mais le quartier et tous les environs sont formidable, nature, culture et beaucoup de 'coeur' de la part de Cathy et Alain. Un grand merci et à bientôt Karl et Julia

Fantastic property for families with children

We stayed 1 week in April 2014 and couldn't have chosen a better place. The property has a huge, well-kept garden, is super clean and comes with all possible amenities including bikes. Location is quiet yet within easy walking/biking distance to beaches and the town centre. The owners live above and are very friendly yet remain discrete.
