Beautiful and secured luxury apartment building, close to the sea and the shops. Residential environment, beautiful, south facing and very bright 2 room apartment of 50 m².

Comfortable and functional, very well equipped, nice balcony-terrace. Renovated and with new equipment. Very nice open plan kitchen. Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilets. A living/dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with high quality bedding, allows to choose between 2 single beds (80 wide) or a double bed (160 wide). Lift. 1 underground parking space.

2 very large closets provide a good storage space.

Stunning large swimming pool in a wonderful natural environment.

A cycle lane cross the golf allowing the access to the sea shore in 15 minutes (1 km) by foot. The shopping centre is 150 m away. Mandelieu city centre at 1.3 km away.

Très bon séjour

Location très propre, autant l'appartement que l'immeuble. Le logement, bien situé, dispose de tout le nécessaire. La propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute. A refaire.
