The space was perfect for our family of 4. A quick 15 min drive to Ski Cooper. Safeway had everything we needed. We even tried the taco truck down the road and it was delicious.

Really nice place to stay

Nice location with off-street parking (difficult to find in Leadville), in a quiet "newer" (1950?) neighborhood. Updated appliances, everything worked great. Enjoyed having the separate TV/work room. We were there for skiing, so being a bit North of central downtown made for an easy drive to the ski area. Definitely on our list of places to stay again.

Yale Dr

Not much to brag about on the outside but clean, modern, and neat on the inside. Newer appliances were appreciated. Plenty of extra linens. Walk to downtown.
