My stay at Mayan Falls was great. AC and hot water for the first time on my travels felt like luxury. When I arrived the lightbulb in the bathroom didn?t work and Raul was there to fix it within 10 minutes. He was super helpful with renting a bike and helping me book tours. He made sure I felt safe and comfortable.

Thanks for hosting us. we had a wonderful time in Belize ...and i would definitely stay here again. The view from up top and the private pool were great! My biggest issue was that, although this isn't a hotel with regular service, i was hoping that we could get fresh extra towels, washcloths and extra linen. That didn't happen. It took hours for us to hear back on that and then another 24 hours for me to reach back out to let them know that i didn't get anything. When we finally got towels, we didn't get washcloths nor extra linens. I just wish it could be reiterated to new renters that on-site assistance is not around so bring those things with you. I read that those amenities were offered so i didn't bother to bring them. The concierge was great, very responsive & booked us for cave tubing with transportation. Thanks Veronique!

Quiet Location

Mayan Falls great location , after a long day in the town we contacted our Manager to arrange a taxi to take us to our room , he arrange a taxi to pick up and take us to our hotel , taxi driver Abner was very helpful , we were greeted by Raul .. giving him a 5 Star , he was very helpful and always have a smile on his face which made us confortable , the room was clean , AC was super nice on this heat , also property was very clean , would recommend Mayan Falls .. also Mayan Falls has a Consierge that always willing to help ..

Nice place, not so great service.

We didn’t have a working shower for 5 of our 7 days even after repeated attempts to contact Chantel. The plumber disconnected the shower head and left it in the sink for two days. The bed was too hard but it was really nice to have A/C. The rest of the property was nice. We didn’t get the code for the bikes until the third day and the bikes weren’t always available. The pool was nice, but it’s gross that the birds use the waterfall as a bird bath. I liked that it wasn’t in the town but there were always taxis driving around and it was only a 15 min walk to the town.
