Secluded Retreat -1 Mile to Plaza -wall to wall Glass -Mountain Views -Wildlife

We built Serenity in 2017. It is our guesthouse and our only short term rental. 1500 sq ft, 2BR, 1 Bath with private gravel driveway for 3 cars. 12 ft ceilings, 8 ft windows, poured concrete radiant heat floors. Flagstone patio looks out over a peaceful meadow, utterly private and serene. New Mexico skies. We have a private well, so, Serenity is a sanctuary for wildlife. You’ll see Mule deer, bees, rabbits and lots of tiny lizards. You’re just 1 mile from the plaza, central to everything. Come visit and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

This is a beautiful casita set in a high desert garden with large windows that bring the New Mexico sky right into the room with you. Lovely, peaceful, and close to everything. A gem.

This mid-century modern home was beautiful, CLEAN, comfy beds, & QUIET. The host thought of everything: cold bottled water ready for us to hydrate, coffee/tea, sunscreen and more! Fabulous!

We enjoyed our stay at the Mod house! It was beautifully decorated and so peaceful! Our favorite part was enjoying dinner on the patio with our family. Check in was seemless and so easy! We cannot wait to come back!!

Christmas getaway

Great trip to Santa Fe! Location was close to all the restaurants, shopping, art galleries and museum. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would not hesitate to return. We were also glad to see a snow flurry on Christmas Day!

Beautiful stay in Santa Fe

We were very happy with our accommodation choice for our stay last week in Santa Fe. This casita is both beautiful and comfortable, with lovely art and details throughout. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed our morning coffee while sitting on the patio. The location is convenient making it easy to walk to many destinations. The hosts were gracious and touched base with us on arrival day to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a five star stay!

This house is adorable!! The owners clearly care about their property and take pride in every detail. Coffee in a pinch? Keurig. Coffee aficionado? Espresso maker and pour over options exist. The bathroom supplies were excellent. Beds were super comfortable - firm with soft pillows and fluffy comforter. The live plants added a healthful detail. It was also tastefully decorated with quality art and a lava lamp! Would be delighted to stay again!

Wow!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this awesome home. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and all of the furniture and beds are very comfortable. The large soaking tub and premium bath products made the stay even more enjoyable. The property is about a 5 minute drive to all of the places you want to get to in Santa Fe, the Plaza, Railyard, Canyon Rd and many great restaurants. The property is in a quiet road with a large backyard and open property with a nice view. We were visited by Deer, Birds and other wildlife. The hosts were easy to reach, and everything we needed was thought of before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Santa Fe!

My wife and I stayed here for two full weeks so we had a chance to really settle in, and I can honestly say there the house is almost perfect. I was surprised by the spacious closet attached to the bathroom, which was very welcome indeed. The patio is lovely and we ate many meals outside. If I had to find something to criticize, I would be hard pressed - the only thing I can think of is that while the house had both a Kourig machine and an espresso machine, there wasn't a simple drip coffee maker. The fact that I can't think of anything more substantial to complain about should say it all!

Most beautiful and comfortable vacation rental ever! Loved having morning coffee and sometimes dinner on the patio surrounded by nature and cool breezes. Wow!!!! This is such a great house. The art work is so cool and we loved the kitchen with the retro green appliances. It had everything we needed and is exactly as in the pictures. We loved staying here for our vacation and it had plenty of room for our family of 4. Excellent location! Just down from all the shopping and restaurants, but it felt secluded and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The owners took care in picking all the finest linens and towels. Even the toiletries were nice. We enjoyed coming home to this house after being out all day exploring the town and we would definitely stay here again. Shera was awesome. She responded promptly. You basically have your own private concierge. If you’re on the fence about where to stay in Santa Fe, look no further abs just book it. You will be so happy you did!

Joyce chose the main house on our property because of its dramatic contemporary lines. We built Serenity to match the build, look and style of Joyce’s house.

What makes this property unique

Serenity is a one of a kind property, on a dirt road, with a natural meadow feel. Enjoy on demand hot water and solar power and concrete floors with radiant heat. It is quiet, minimalist and cozy. 8 foot storefront windows open to the patio, and natural area, where you will see deer, bees, birds and wildlife. Less than one mile to the plaza.
