Welcome to the cozy and convenient 1-bedroom downstairs apartment right in the heart of Charlottesville. Located in the hip Fifeville neighborhood, quick walk to UVA hospital, and close to the Corner and Downtown Charlottesville.

The apartment features spacious and fully equipped kitchen with an abundance of cabinetry, refrigerator, gas cooktop (apartment size), dishwasher and microwave. The "Urban Escape" is also equipped with Keurig coffeemaker. The space has a modern living and dining space with sofa, coffee table, and smart flat screen TV. The living and dining room have been stylishly furnished for a comfortable stay. The full bathroom has a stand-up shower. In the bedroom, there is queen canopy bed, dresser, and closet. We provide all linens and towels.

The space is equipped with air conditioning for hot months. The space is also equipped with WIFI and fenced yard. Parking for 1-2 vehicles (off street parking).

The apartment is perfect for a getaway for up to 2-3 people. Located in friendly diverse neighborhood with off street parking. In addition to being close to downtown and the corner, you will be close to the newest" 5th Street Station" featuring Wegmans, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Planet Fitness, Dicks Sporting Goods, Panera Breads.
