The apartment’s location is ideal! It’s close to a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the entire city (Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara) and, best of all, near bars and nightlife. The apartment is larger than I expected and gets plenty of natural light. The bedding is perfect. A few details could be improved to make this apartment perfect. Be warned, though, if you’re a light sleeper: the bedroom is right next to the stairs, and people make a lot of noise with their suitcases and the front door.

It's great to know that the bedding met your expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay. We apologize for the noise disturbance you experienced. Our team is currently looking into ways to reduce the noise from the stairs to enhance the comfort for all guests. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. Room was exactly what I expected. Check-in directions were straightforward. Location is walking distance to many great local bars/restaurants. Room was clean and organized. You have to go up one flight of steps without an elevator, which was fine for me. Would definitely book again.

Our stay was quite good, the location is amazing in the city center, but it can get noisy at night, especially on Friday, even though the windows have good noise isolation. One thing we did not like is that there is a neighbor from the back, who has a terrace and can look straight into the windows of studio and that made us feel little bit uncomfortable. Easy to access by taxi, so you do not have to drag your luggage in the streets. Overall it was worth the price and would recommend to others.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the central location and ease of access to the property. We understand the city center can be a bit lively at night, and we are pleased that the noise isolation of the windows helped to mitigate some of that. We apologize for any discomfort caused by the neighboring terrace's view into the studio windows. This feedback is invaluable, and it's being addressed to ensure additional privacy for future guests. We're thrilled that you found the stay good value for money and would recommend our property to others. Looking forward to welcoming you again soon! GuestReady Team

The host cancelled my reservation without appropriate notice. This happened while I was en route to Lisbon, forcing me to look for emergency accommodations while in transit. When asked if I could re-book, I was told the place was already spoken for. This was within 8 hours of my arrival, so I suspect something else was the reason for this. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I ended up forced to book something that was over 200 more for the same duration.
