Please read the full description. We are located 2 miles from Sullivan's Island, 4 miles from Isle of Palms, 1 mile from Shem Creek and 4.6 miles from downtown Charleston!
We have 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have 3 downstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and 2 full size beds in the upstairs room. This bedroom has "low head room" and is more of a frog/children's room, but it can certainly accommodate adults for sleeping. It has a 5 foot center.
We have a great screened in back porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. We also have a large back deck with a teak table and umbrella that seats up to 8 people.
The lower deck is a great sitting area for evenings around the fire pit. There is an outdoor television for movies under the stars or watch your favorite sports at the bar while having a barbeque! We also have an enclosed outdoor hot water shower for the adventurous kind! :) This is noted as our 3rd bathroom, but please be aware it is only a shower.
We live in a very quiet neighborhood and we are within walking distance to 8 restaurants/bars, 2 grocery stores, pharmacy and shops. 4 car maximum.

Great spot for our family of 5! Location is excellent with great proximity to SI, IOP, downtown Charleston and Mt Pleasant. Enjoyed bike rides to the beach, Pitt St bridge and Olde Village. Backyard area is a really nice quiet spot to relax. Plenty of bedrooms and space for our group. The house was very clean upon arrival.

Awesome House and Location

Great house in a great location. The house was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Awesome screened in porch and backyard area. Would highly recommend!

All of us really enjoyed staying here. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Nice, comfortable beds. And we loved the outdoor spaces--porch, deck, fire pit, and more. Plus, Mt. Pleasant is a very convenient location. Would definitely return!

Mt Pleasant Stay

This house was great from top to bottom. Location is awesome. 10 min to downtown, 5 min to beach and Shem creek. Can’t get better than this. I will be back!

Awesome weekend in Charleston!

Loved this home. It was everything the photos showed and more. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, the enclosed porch is comfortable and peaceful, and the outdoor space is amazing. We used the fire pit several times and there is also a grill and sitting area. The location of the property is perfect because it is close to the beaches and downtown. We were never in the car for more than 15 -20 minutes. The host was very helpful, communicative and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Spacious, Gracious and Clean

The home is just as (or better) than described. The outdoor spaces were larger than expected. Depending on the time of day, we relaxed in the communal spaces between the enclosed patio, living room, kitchen table, or the outdoor fir pit. The BBQ was a great option for a healthier meal at home one night. Kitchen had everything we needed, and appreciated the washer/dryer. We were a group of 6, so even the outdoor shower was put to use on a busy morning!Convenient to Patriot's Point and Sullivan's Island. Angie provided great restaurant recommendations, and we particularly loved The Obstinate Daughter - but reserve in advance!

Family reunion for Thanksgiving

Loved the layout of the home, with the open kitchen and screened-in porch on the back. The backyard was wonderful. One of the bedrooms did not have an accessible closet. The bathrooms were small, but nice and clean. Overall a lovely place to stay in Mount Pleasant!!

Great location, nice house

The house was very nice with a great backyard/fire pit. Angie was very responsive. Be aware that one of the three baths is an outside shower and the 4th bedroom is a loft suitable for children. Location is great.

Wonderful home with all the essentials. The location couldn’t be better and the backyard was wonderful for entertaining. Perfect House in Great Location

This was a wonderful property to stay at during our girls trip to Charleston. The house is well supplied with everything you'd need and the location is wonderful (a 5 min. walk to the local grocery store, a very easy approx. 15 min. drive to downtown, etc.). Also, the backyard fire pit and seating areas are absolutely amazing - the night we sat outside and chatted around the fire was one of my favorite of the trip! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Cooper River Run stay

We had a terrific time and everything was perfect. Easy access to start line, plus all things for Mt Pleasant. We could get to our son’s house to visit with no problem. Definitely a terrific place to stay and wonderful hosts!!

Exactly what we were looking for!

This home offered exactly what we were looking for during our recent mini vacation. Perfect location close to Shem Creek, many restaurants and shopping. The backyard was so relaxing with outdoor dining table, fire pit, TV and additional screen porch. Three bedrooms were average size, the 4th loft room (twin beds) was small and a challenge for adult to stand in the upstairs area. Has two bathrooms, one very small located in bedroom. Overall a great stay and would rent again when we visit Charleston.

Couple's Weekend in Charleston

We stayed at Angie's property over Valentine's Day weekend this year. It was my girlfriend and I and my friend and his girlfriend as well. Angie was super helpful and great at communicating with us. She even let us keep our luggage at the house a little later since we had a late flight. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the backyard grill and fireplace. We will for sure stay here again next time we visit Charleston.

Kid friendly great house

This was a great stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helped with all our needs. The loft is really a separate room which is perfect for kids area to play and sleep; including games, toys, and a TV. The backyard however is the shining star of this rental. Fenced in with an outdoor shower, bar, fire pit, grill, and tv. It was perfect for our group with kids who spent most of our time in this area without worrying about kids running off. Highly recommend a stay here.

Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of room in the house for our group. My only negative take-away: I would definitely replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It is far too soft to allow a good night's sleep.

Family getaway

My husband, son, daughter, son in law, three teenage grandsons and myself stayed here for an extended weekend. There was plenty of room and the property was just perfect. Convenient Location to the beach, dining out and shopping. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Mt. Pleasant area.
