Over the past few months, we’ve completed major upgrades throughout the home, including all new flooring, fresh paint, updated trim, and a renovated second bathroom featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. We've also added a bonus sleeping area in the family room (available upon request) to better accommodate flexible group setups.
This home is ideal for all-adult groups, families, friends — or traveling professionals. But it is also a perfect fit for those who appreciate space, comfort, and functionality if you are on a remote work assignment with its separate family/office area.

The one-level layout is bright, functional, and full of relaxed coastal style. A separate family room offers extra space for remote work, movie nights, or setting up the optional bonus sleeping area. High-speed Wi-Fi and streaming-ready Smart TVs are included for your convenience.
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook—or just reheat your favorites from the many nearby restaurants.

Outdoor Space – The Double Backyard
This home features a fully fenced, two-sided backyard designed for both people and pups.
One side offers a dog park feel, with room to roam, sniff, and play.
The other is all about comfortable lounging, complete with seating for many and soft lighting for relaxing evenings under the stars.
