We think this is the most beautiful condo in the whole complex! This is a desirable 'end unit' that enjoys plentiful light.
The entryway has a bench seat and hat hooks.
This fully equipped kitchen is fantastic for family meals, and is a great spot to gather at the end of an epic mountain day.
Nice living area to gather after a long day of skiing.
The open plan living room is such a special place to gather for a family, or 2 couples.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! You honestly can’t find a better location for fun activities close by (restaurants, shopping, festival grounds, hiking trails). The condo was well stocked and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after long hikes. We stayed during a popular festival weekend and had no problem finding a parking spot in the garage each day after spending the mornings on the trails. We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning!

Terrific time in Telluride

Our condo was wonderful! Very tastefully updated and decorated! Everything we needed was provided! The location could not be beat- right off the Colorado Street with all the shops and restaurants but so very quiet at night! Might enjoy a tv in the primary bedroom but overall loved our stay!

Wonderful vacation in Telluride

We thoroughly enjoyed our rental! The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-appointed and extremely convenient for skiing and any other activity in Telluride. The gondola is a few steps away, and all downtown dining and shopping opportunities are right there. The parking garage is also very convenient. The staff were very friendly and communicative. My family and I (3 people), greatly enjoyed our stay!

Tiny Gem in Telluride

The condo is tiny but adorable and fine for 4 people. Loved the freshness of the remodel and very tasteful decor. Really nice amenities and thoughtful touches with high quality kitchen supplies and accessories making it easy to cook meals. Hot tub was great and the location really couldn’t be better. Near the creek and Bear a creek trail and stores and restaurants. Loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect Location

My best friend and I have been coming to Telluride for the Horror Show festival for 3 years now and this is by far the best place we have stayed! The location is fantastic since it’s only 2 blocks behind the main street in town and the condo was fantastic! Very roomy 2 bedroom unit with spacious bathroom as well and very nice updated kitchen. We will be back!

Great location, great condo. Beds very comfy, kitchen a little tight, and bathroom needs a vent. Smoke detector kept going off after a shower. Fans and humidifiers were very much appreciated and useful!

Fantastic location and property manager was very helpful, but one TINY bathroom for a family of four was tricky. The vent in the bathroom was broken and the Wifi didn’t work. The lighting was also super dim. If all you are concerned about is location, this is your place...

Location was the best part

One of the reasons we chose this was for the hot tub- which was closed and that was not communicated to us prior or we would have chose another place. Also there was not any air conditioning- which wouldn't matter if skiing but sure did mid July- that also was not communicated well enough. Also note no ice maker/ice. No bagged ice available close either. Overall it was o.k., but for the money I would pick another property with more amenities.

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
