Luxury Condo in Town of Telluride

Located in the beautiful town of Telluride, within steps of ski lift #7 and the San Miguel River Trail. Town of Telluride Business License #00921

Pedestrian friendly; restaurants, shopping and festival venues are within walking distance. Located across the street is a complimentary town shuttle pickup/drop-off area. Approximately 4-5 blocks is a free gondola which provides access from the town of Telluride to the town of Mountain Village.

There is a very spacious Master bedroom suite with a king bed and down comforter. Within the Master bedroom, there is a futon/couch that can sleep one person. A Flat Screen 48" HDTV is above a built in dresser.

Attached to the Master bedroom, is a bathroom which includes a Steam Shower and Jetted Jacuzzi deep soaking tub.

There is a private second Guest Suite which has a Queen bed with a down comforter. There is an attached bathroom with a combination two person jetted Jacuzzi Tub/Shower.

A well appointed Gourmet kitchen incorporates an open floor plan...Great for entertaining! There is a spacious bar, with 3 bar stools and a formal table & chair set seating 4+ people. There is an open floor plan with a 42" HDTV. Comfortable seating in front of fireplace.

There in-floor radiant heat gives a pleasant temperature throughout the rooms. The warm temperature feels good on your bare feet!

There is a full size W/D, on site private parking and a grocery store/deli approximately one block away.

A very spacious deck and courtyard provides for a private entrance located off the living room/dining area. Great courtyard area to entertain in summer with room to store bicycles.


Amenities:
On site park like setting with picnic tables and BBQ gas grills. The Spa area has an indoor & outdoor shared hot tub. There is a separate shared sauna & steam room.

There is a private locked hallway ski/sports equipment storage closet. The condo has a gas fireplace, Cable HDTV, Wifi, & phone. The town library has bicycles, snow shoes, fly fishing rods plus much more for check out.

Activities: Snow Skiing, Cross Country skiing(elaborate trail system), Heli-skiing, Snowboarding, (on the mountain) Snow-biking, Ice Climbing, Kite skiing, Hiking, Golfing, Mountain Biking (brand new world class trail system on the ski mountain), a World Class Spa, Horseback Riding, Fly fishing, River Rafting, Stand -up Paddle boarding, Jeep Tours, Tennis, Fat tire snow & mountain bike trails and Via Ferrata's.

Fun activities for kids and family include the Telluride Academy and other creative learning camps and featured artists classes/programs.

Nightlife includes: Live Music, Theater, and Performing Arts.

Very nice condo with the amenities of a well-stocked and appointed home. A short walk down the street from ski lift and ski rental. And roughly 25 yards from free bus route that will take you around town and to the free gondola. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay here. The unit was very spacious, and well-appointed and the location couldn't be beat as we could easily walk to Lift #7 to ski. Patty, our host, was gracious and responsive with communications. Hope to come back!

Great location

The location of the condo is great, right across the street from the Cimarron chair lift. The unit is well maintained and a very cozy place. It was ideal for our family with 2 kids. The check-in process was well-detailed and there was a lot of information in the unit for us. The only negative was that the outdoor hot tub for the condo building was not working.

Great bluegrass fest base

Patty’s flat is nicely laid out and very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a wonderful deck with a nice view of one of the ski slopes. It is a stones throw from the path along the river and there is a bus stop right there if the legs are a bit weary. The location is at the near end of town and it is about a mile walk to get to the opposite end of town. Patty is the most helpful and communicative owner who I have ever dealt with in renting vacation properties.

Perfect Location and Great Property

Property was clean and very convenient to Lift 7. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. Between Lift 7 and the Gondola, we could get anywhere in Telluride and Mountain Village by foot. The Kitchen was one of the best stocked I've ever seen. Host was great with communication. This is one of those places where the photos don't do it justice. We will definitely be returning here for our next trip to Telluride.

Wonderful location

Our stay was great! The condo is clean and mostly comfortable. It has 3 floors so be prepared to use stairs. Not a problem for our family. The condo is in a great location to hop on the lift. Just a short walk and you’re there. Getting back, there are only blues and blacks down to this side of the mountain, so be prepared for that. Otherwise you can take the gondola from mountain village and endure a good walk. The upstairs gets super warm, the middle bedroom was just right, downstairs the kids were cold. Lots of heavy blankets though to bundle up. The master bedroom was spacious and the bathroom and steam shower were very nice. I will say that the bed lacked comfort for me. I like a little more padding and it felt extremely firm. It was tough to get comfy. I would definitely stay here again and Patty was so attentive and easy to work with. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Thank you Arrica for your comments. I have always received 5 stars for people occupying my property. I am disappointed you only gave a 4 star rating. Please find information for future interested clients. Here are a few explanations to the negative comments & possible solutions: There are individual thermostats in each room to regulate the temperature. Therefore you can adjust each room to the desirable comfort level. Firm mattresses are best for healthy backs. Apologies for your discomfort. The downstairs mattress is more cushy. This may be a solution for a preference in mattress selection. If your skiing ability does not accommodate you skiing down the runs that give you~100 yard walk for accessing the property, there is a complimentary town bus service from the free gondola. The town shuttle will drop you off ~25 feet from the deck entrance. The Town of Telluride and ski area is designed for the avid outdoors person. There is a good selection for more of a pampered styled competitions. Telluride is known for a different experience than some of the other high end resorts or Mountain Village. It has far more magical experiences & events than these so called competitiors. The ideal location and high-end finishes help make my property a positive experience. You can view the stairs in the pictures if this a concern.

INSANELY AMAZING

Where do I begin? Honestly it’s really hard to describe, you really have to experience Patty, her home and DEFINITELY Telluride......it all just blows your mind! My friends and I are SO grateful for Patty and her amazing home. We went to Telluride for the Blues and Brews Fesitval and were lucky enough to stay at Patty’s and everything was just perfect! The house is gorgeous, great location, super spacious, and very very clean. You have anything and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house is all top notch, and Patty, wow, just awesome.....she was on top of every email, every question, even herself going away, she still answered any question promptly and kindly. You could walk everywhere from the house but if you weren’t into that, there is a small bus that passses through every 15 minutes and goes through town. We will definitely be back to Telluride as it’s an even more special place now because during our trip, our friends we were with got engaged!!!!!! Hopefully Patty would have us again, because we don’t want to stay anywhere else! Thank you so much Patty!

Walk to the slopes

We loved our stay at Patty's place in Telluride. Amazing location – we walked 2 minutes right to the slopes every day. Well stocked kitchen. Walkable to amazing bars and restaurants. Plenty of space for our group of 4. En suite bathrooms on each bedroom. We had an issue with the smoke alarms going off one night. Patty was very helpful the next morning and even dropped off some goodies for our troubles. She gave helpful recommendations when we wanted to stay an extra day. Highly, highly recommend. Great location that allowed us to come down for lunch. Lift is less than 5 min walk from the unit. Good kitchen to cook in with all the utensils and pans you could need. Grocery store is a 5 min walk away also.

My new Telluride favorite! Terrific lodging property in a central location.n.

I am a frequent traveler to Telluride and I have stayed at dozens of properties. This unit is my new favorite! Comfy with high-end touches, furniture and details. For a Telluride Lodge property, this unit has the best parking access off of a really cute deck. Steam showers! The kitchen is extraordinary and the grocery store is a three-minute walk. Access to the in-town bus is right across the street. We truly loved our stay and hope to return. TV, WiFi, Bose Stereo, Jacuzzi tubs, and much more.

perfect location

We loved our stay in this property. It was compact enough with a lot of space for 2 people but you can easily fit in with 4 people. the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pots and pans. Bathrooms were comfortable. We used the patio for afternoon hang outs. Patty was great, checking on us via texts regularly if we needed anything. Definitely we'll be back.

Excellent Telluride location

A very well equipped unit with lots of room. The kitchen had a full complement of utensils and accessories for whatever you wanted to do. We had most of our meals in-house and really appreciated the ability to prepare everything in the kitchen. The balcony offered wonderful late afternoon sun exposure, so after a day of skiing, it was the perfect place to enjoy a post-skiing beverage and review the day.

The perfect condo

Very nice, cozy, and clean, with an at home environment with plenty of amenities for all five of us. The steam shower was perfect after a long day of skiing and the full kitchen was just what we needed. Also, just a short walk to #7 chairlift. Will definitely book this beautiful condo in the near future! Jamie
