As you enter the Majestic Sun 812A vacation rental condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and a tastefully decorated living room. The first thing you will notice is sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony that offers full views of the breathtaking shore of the Gulf of Mexico. Step out onto the balcony and you can feel the fresh air rolling in from the beach. Relax in one of the lounge chairs and savor a captivating sunset. This is what vacations are all about! The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an HDTV, and an adjoined master bathroom. The second bedroom is generous and contains a queen-size bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. This condo conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. With room to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this beautiful Destin vacation rental condo is perfect for your next family vacation!


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. This was our second stay at the same condo because it was so great the first time, and it didn't disappoint the second time. The condo was very clean. Great location to the beach and restaurants. There's great food and ice cream within walking distance, which is very convenient when you're trying to drive as little as possible while on vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure was amazing. The only thing that would have made it better was having a shower caddy in the shower to hold shampoo, etc. Other than that, I can't say enough great things about our stay!

Great property and location

This property is awesome. Sitting on your balcony and hearing the waves. The condo had everything we needed and the elevators are super quick. The location was the best part of this rental but the overall rental was quite nice We had no issues that needed addressed and the property seemed decently maintained.

Our stay was great! The only thing that we were shocked about, was the online pictures that we looked at had a full sized and twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. This was not the case. Other than that, it was fabulous! Thanks!

We didn't have to drag beach chairs and a beach cart in our vehicle. Already have another unit booked for August!

We appreciated this so much especially after the last place we stayed, we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. Also, the communication and checking in were spot on!! Not too much to be a bother, but also if I had a question, the owner was quick to respond (under 30 mins easily). We will be back for sure in the future and thank you again.

It was just as advertised.....clean, nice decor, great views, and awesome amenities. We loved it. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be more elevators. The wait for them were pretty long. But nothing major. We will be booking for next year for sure!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Majestic Sun but will never rent from Destin Palms again. Our bathroom drains didn't drain the first few days and our air conditioner didn't work when we arrived. They did fix both within a few days, but when I'm on vacation I want these things resolved before I arrive. I wait all year for our beach vacation and so this was a disappointment for sure and very inconvenient.
