The apartment is quiet and peaceful area yet close to the city center. Very helpfully and friendly hostess. I sincerely recommend getting lost in Lisbon for some time!

The place was a little difficult to find (this is just how the neighborhood is) and our cab driver dropped us off 2 streets away! But Marta went out of her way to help find us! We got in safely and loved our stay. She even sent lots of awesome suggestions for the neighborhood. The area is do amazing!

First, I'd like to say that our overall experience in this apartment was very nice. The location is fantastic. It is very close to a plenty of shops, restaurants, views, and public transportation. The apartment itself was also nice, especially the air conditioning, which was very nice to have at the end of long days and excursions. We did encounter some hiccups when communicating with the host. From our understanding there was a main host and a property manager, which we were told would be our primary contact during our stay. When we arrived during check-in, there were no clean towels (dirty ones were left in a hamper) and there was wet laundry left in the washing machine. We understood there were unfortunate circumstances that the hosts dealt with, but nonetheless it was unfortunate we could not shower until the next day. In response, the host graciously offered to supply additional goods for the apartment. We never received those. The property manager ghosted us for the remaining 6 days of our stay. The main host was completely unapologetic, re-promised to deliver the additional goods, which we never received. The toilet was running when we arrived and we were told that someone would come to fix it. After being ghosted, we reminded the main host of the issue, and it was fixed promptly. The studio is "charming" and we hope our experience was not reflective of the typical stay in the apartment.

Uitstekend begeleid door Marta! De locatie is top, vlakbij een opstap punt van tram 28.De accomodatie was exact zoals verwacht en netjes en schoon. Op loopafstand van de leukste plaatsen van Lissabon. Van Marta ook super leuke tips gehad!

L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Il manque éventuellement un lave vaisselle pour davantage de commodités et un sèche linge car le linge met énormément de temps à sécher et prend de la place dans le salon.Le check in fut un peu compliqué avec Marta qui n'a pas su gérer l'entrée dans les lieux. Elle n'était pas aussi joignable tel qu'elle me l'avait annoncé....L'appartement est vraiment très bien placé pour visiter tout Lisbonne à pieds et transports. Je suis tombée en période de travaux sur la voie publique, ce qui fut assez désagréable en terme de bruit dès le matin tôt.Le propriétaire Paulo est vraiment très réactif et cordial.

Somos una familia viajera y nos encanta quedarnos en departamentos que tienen todas las comodidades, desde una cama confortable hasta la cucharita para el té. Comer en los restaurantes nos agrada, pero cocinar en el deparramento nos encanta. Recomiendo a todos este departamento comodo y funcional. Lo mejor que esta cerca de las atracciones turisticas. Uno de los factores a descatar es la limpieza y este estuvo 10/10. Lo recomiendo.
