This exclusive street in Mayfair, W1 is tucked behind the bustle of Oxford Street just a few minutes' walk from Bond Street Tube station, Selfridges and with Hyde Park in view, so it remains peaceful and calm. Some of London's best restaurants are on your doorstep, and we are happy to recommend places for you to eat, drink and socialise. As the apartment sits above a well-loved restaurant, occasional ambient sounds may be heard during opening hours. Many guests appreciate the lively, city-inspired character this brings, while the space itself remains a warm and tranquil retreat.
*Please note this is a first floor apartment with walk up stair access only, no lift. As a requirement of staying with us you will be asked to provide a copy of a verified government ID for all guests listed on the booking prior to arrival. A damage deposit of £500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note from the 2nd Feb - 4th June 2026 there will be resurfacing works taking place on the street. The works will be carried out between 08.00am and 16.30pm Monday - Friday*
