This place was perfect for our few days in London as a family of 7! Everything was very clean and comfortable and we were thrilled to see the laundry detergent provided for guests after staying somewhere we didn’t have laundry before. Its the little things that make a difference! Mo was a great communicator and was very helpful. Highly recommend!

This apartment has a prime location with dozens of good restaurants in the immediate area. It was a short walk to Tottenham Court train station (for the Elizabeth line to Heathrow, etc.) and a very short walk to The British Museum and the Gillian Lynne Theatre. Bus stops were also convenient. We were a group of 5 and appreciated having a washer/dryer. We were prepared for the steps to the first floor unit, but did not expect all the steps WITHIN the unit. These did not show in the photos. One of our group has some mobility issues, and this was an extra, unexpected challenge.
Both bathrooms have two steps from the main floor to the bathroom. In addition, there were two steps up from the living rm to the foyer, and then two down to the rest of the unit.

Thank you very much, Cathy, for your kind review and for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you and your group enjoyed the apartment’s location and amenities. Regarding your comment about the steps , I’m a bit surprised, as there is literally only one single step leading to the bathroom. I just wanted to clarify this for accuracy and for future guests’ reference. Thank you again for staying with us, and I’m pleased you had an overall positive experience.
