If you have used the grill, then please take grill plate out, clean it from bigger residue and wash it in sink or dishwasher
If you have used dryer please empty the dryer filter and water collection tank
Please take the garbage to one of the 3 garbage collection points pointed in the house manual
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
It is an amazing area- you are away from the main roads, but at the same time very close to them. There you are just one with nature and fish for wild trout if you want (need acquire license from friendly neighbour farmer) or can drive 10 min and visit some of the best restaurants in Iceland like Fridheimar or Ylja in Laugaras Lagoon (you just have to try the tomato carpaccio there!!!
And at the same time you are within 30 min drive from all the natural wonders people come to see to Iceland like Geysir, Gulfoss, Thingvellir national park if to name a few.
And at the same time you are just 1h drive from Reykjavik should you really miss people. For our family it is a paradise on earth!

What makes this property unique
Unlike a lot of cottages we are in very quiet area with a very few neighbours. Meaning that on most days you do not see a single person in the area and you have the lake, the birds and Aurora just for yourself and your friends and family.
