We had a great visit to London. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host was easily accessible and responsive. The apartment is on a busy main road but with the windows closed, you don’t hear much at all. The entryway and stairs into the apartment building could do with some TLC, but once inside the apartment, it’s lovely. Both bedrooms are a good size (both face the main road). Kitchen has all the basics. Easy and safe to walk to train stations and the bus stop is very close. Plenty of options for food around and two supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk. Thank you!

There were not enough linens for our party and the ones that were there were stained. The sofa bed was beyond uncomfortable. The apartment was so hot, even with all the windows open and the fans going. Beware ants made their presence known there is no dryer.

Don’t stay here!The property had not been cleaned properly- there was hair in the shower alcove, and huge stains on the entrance carpet, plus water all over the kitchen floor where the washing machine had leaked. We had trouble contacting the host for check-in instructions, and are STILL waiting for a refund of one night which was cancelled months prior to arriving which the host refuses to pay despite Stayz and VRBO requesting he do so. There was no dryer or barbecue grill as described in the listing, and the fridge shelf was broken so we couldn’t stand a bottle or cold water in there. The beds were appallingly uncomfortable, there were no bedside tables or lights, and the flat fronts on to an extremely busy road with traffic noise and sirens heard all night. There are much better value place to stay- don’t choose this one!

Das Apartment war sauber und aufgeräumt, das Badezimmer renoviert und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was wir fürs Frühstück gebraucht haben (Geschirr, Besteck, Geräte).Eingang und Hausflur sind heruntergekommen, aber innerhalb des Apartments ist es in Ordnung.Jeder Raum ist mit einem großen TV ausgestattet, diese haben wir jedoch nicht benutzt.Ein Nachteil war der Lärm von der Straße, den die kaum schallisolierten Fenster voll durchgelassen haben. Nachts ist es ruhiger, aber Ohrstöpsel sind zu empfehlen.Abseits der Küche gibt es keine Schränke oder Regale, wo man Kleidung oder andere Dinge ablegen könnte.Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war angenehm und freundlich. Sie hat mir auch versichert, etwas gegen die Ameisen in der Küche zu unternehmen.Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist für London angemessen.

Overall it was fine. Clean enough (shared entrance is rough but that isn't the suite). Had most kitchen and bathroom items, but missing a few things like shampoo, cutting board, etc. The only major thing was there is no dryer, only a washer (listed as washer and dryer). Communication could have been better as well. But all in all it did the job. Note that it is a very busy street outside at night, lots of sirens and cars up and down. If you ha e a baby or are a really sensitive sleeper maybe not for you
