Two bedrooms with private bathrooms are located in the right wing of the house, and a staircase leads up to the Master bedroom on the first floor.



From the shaded outside dining terrace, a set of steps leads down to the generous private pool and lounge area, offering yet another spot to take in the panoramic scenery.



For added privacy and flexibility, a newly built guest house sits just a short walk down a separate path. With an open-plan layout, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light, it includes a double bedroom, a mezzanine with two single beds-perfect for children-plus a bathroom, kitchen, and spacious living area. The guest house also has its own private terrace, ideal for lounging or al fresco dining.
