Great communication with host but clarity with listing could help

Overall a great house and Kim is great in responding. However, it was not clear that the basement apartment is a separate entity so no internal access. Not great if you have younger children and want to make use of all the bedrooms. Effectively the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms not including the basement.It is also on a busy road which can be noisy.The biggest issue we had was the basement was damp and a bit mouldy so we did not use the basement at all.

First of all I would like to say that Damien, part of the same group, said "Everything ok with the villa"! This clearly shows how different people review the villa of even within the same group! We've never had anyone complaining that there's no staircase between the lower level of the villa and the upper level. It is still one building with 3 levels. Some people even prefer not having it connected and therefore a bit of their "own" space and privacy. The word "basement" is also quite harsh. It has everything needed, 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and even a big lounge and kitchen and is exactly the way it is on the photos. We completely disagree with the tenant saying the villa has 4 bedrooms. It is 6 independant bedrooms as seen on the photos. Also nobody ever complained about any damp or mold and that it cannot be used. After guests left we gave the one bedroom a fresh paint job. We would also like to say that the villa was left dirtier than the average tenant would leave it on a check-out.

Heerlijk huis. Fantastisch zwembad. De buitenkeuken was onze favoriete plek. Het enige minpunt is de weg langs het huis.De keukenfaliciteiten kunnen een update gebruiken. In-en uitchecken gingin goed overleg.

Tolles großes Ferienhaus im rustikalen Landhausstil mit grossem sonnigen Garten und grossem Pool, hochwertiger Weber Grill in der Außenküche. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Einziger Nachteil die Lage an der Hauptstraße durch den Ort. Für mich nicht gravierend, aber keine absolute Ruhe. Wir waren mit Hunden dort, das Gelände ist vollständig eingezäunt.Wir waren eine Woche dort und es hat uns gut gefallen. Ich fand es schöner als auf den online Bildern.

Amazing house

La maison est superbe. Il y a tout ce quil faut et nous avons adoré la grande piscine. La communication avec le gérant a été parfaite et nous sommes tres heureux de notre séjour.
