"Villa Timautine Cannes" is just 20 minutes from Cannes, 30 minutes from Nice, 1 hour from Monaco, 1 hour 15 minutes from Saint-Tropez...

Maximum 13 adults and 6 children (6 bunk beds for children only).

An ideal place to get together as a family or with friends, in complete safety.

Multi-sports pitch: mini-tennis, basketball, football, etc. for children and adults.

Putting green with 4 holes for perfecting your short game.

Private swimming pool, secured with an electric cover and fence. The pool is heated from June to October. Possibility of heating the pool at other times (250 € / week).

Several bicycles, fitness chalet (treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical, rowing machine, sauna, etc.).

Villa Timautine is a large modern house of 360 m2 set in grounds of around 3,000 m2 (automatic watering) with century-old olive trees.

8 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 6 shower rooms, 8 wc, fully equipped house (7 lcd tvs with satellite tnt, nespresso, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers...).

An outdoor kitchen (Maxi Weber barbecue, plancha) with children's dining area.

Villa Timautine Cannes offers so many activities that neither you nor your children will want to go out and visit our superb region...

In summer: the sea 20 minutes away (Cannes, Mandelieu), Lake Saint-Cassien and its many activities 20 minutes away, Monaco 1 hour away, Saint-Tropez 1 hour 15 minutes away.

In winter: ski resorts 45 minutes away (Audiberg, Gréolières) or 1h30 away (Isola 2000, Auron).

The perfume factories of Grasse and the villages of Cabris, Mougins, Valbonne and Chateauneuf de Grasse are less than 20 minutes away.

We charge a fee of €20 per person for separate beds, towels and pool towels.

This stay was a south France dream vacation came true. We built such great core memories for all of us, a big family of 14 people. It was a beautiful property equipped with everything, games, sports, pool. The staff on the property were extremely responsive, anytime, just a whatsapp message to solve anything. Would definitely come back !

A house very well equipped with appliances, dishes, toys,etc...

We travel a lot with our family. They said that is their prefer house and area. Lots of activities in the area. Sandrine the manager and her sister was helpful and very friendly.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, with everything you need for all age ranges, we were a family of 16 with ages ranging from 18months to 69yrs. Sandrine, the cleaner, was always at hand & brilliantly attentive. We felt pressurised by the charges for items not being returned to their original place on departure, which was not explained until booked. Saying that we had a fabulous time at Timautine.

De superbes vacances

Maison très confortable pour passer des vacances en famille avec grands-parents, parents, enfants et bébés. Tout est moderne et adapté aux grands groupes - la climatisation couplée à la piscine permettent de supporter des grosses chaleurs idéalement - la maison est très grande ainsi que le jardin - le terrain de sport comme la piscine ont été bien utilisés tant par les grands que les petits. Et la piscine sécurisée est reposante...

Great villa for a large family group

We stayed for a week at this property, 17 family members ranging in age from 6 months to late 70’s. The villa was superb - very clean and spacious with excellent bedroom & ensuite facilities. Large lounge, kitchen and utility / drying areas and outside and indoor dining areas. Although we were a large party the villa and grounds afforded us space to play tennis or cycle, swim, & relax by the pool , BBQ or just find a quiet shady area to read a book & enjoy a glass of wine. This villas was definitely a big hit with all my family - one of the best we have stayed in. Safe grounds with large enclosed gates meant freedom for the younger children. Pool was securely fenced. Visits to Grasse and other local towns & areas of beauty were within easy reach although the narrow roads leading to the villa take some getting used to! We would definitely recommend a stay at Timautine!

La Timautine est vraiment un paradis pour les enfants. Nous sommes venus là-bas avec 5 petits enfants et c'était super. Une grande piscine, un grand jardin, un court de tennis et foot, ... On a vraiment tout! La maison est très pratique, très grand et super belle. Des vacances de rêve!

Juste un paradis ! Une belle maison joyeuse et formidablement équipée, facile à vivre, climatisation de toutes les chambres, literie confortable, cuisine et lingerie au top. Une petite piste d'amélioration, un deuxième réfrigérateur. Un beau jardin parfaitement entretenu avec ses différents canapés et coins repas, sa piscine bien sécurisée pour les enfants, le trampoline, le ping pong et surtout le half-court permettant de multiples jeux. Un environnement calme, une jolie vue. Plein de promenades, la mer pas bien loin et le soleil juste au-dessus. Difficile de quitter ce paradis ....

NE CHERCHEZ PLUS POUR DES VACANCES DE REVE....

Vous les passerez à la Timautine ! Tout est dit dans l'annonce : équipements haut de gamme, confort, activités très nombreuses, décoration.... C'est la maison idéale pour des vacances 100% réussies en famille ou entre amis. Même avec beaucoup d'enfants. D'ailleurs, ils ne savent plus où donner de la tête tant les activités/jeux sont nombreux à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Le Halfcourt est vraiment un gros plus. Tout a été pensé pour se simplifier la vie. Commerces et supermarché à proximité immédiate. Calme garanti. Les propriétaires sont très sérieux. Des critiques ? Franchement, on n'a pas trouvé... Ah oui ! C'est vrai, peut être un appareil à glace pilée qui nous aurait facilité la préparation des nombreux Mojito :-)).

Comme dans un rêve......

Bonjour , Nous avons vécu pendant une semaine comme dans un rêve , Villa très bien équipée, spacieuse. Les enfants ont tellement apprécié qu'ils n'ont même pas demandé à faire des activités en dehors. Impossible de s'ennuyer. Une salle de bain avec WC dans toutes les chambres , la clim , tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin est là pour des vacances réussies est là. (une petite amélioration serait l'éclairage sur les terrasses qui donnent sur le jardin).

Excellent !

Elle porte bien son nom : le paradis des enfants...Il y a tout sur place, ballons raquettes, vélos et plein de jeux et le confort dans toutes les chambres. En excellent état et propre. Tout est en double dans la cuisine ce qui est bien vu étant donné la capacité de la maison (lave-vaiselles, fours) La piscine est sécurisée et le terrain est plat, très pratique pour les petits enfants. Des excursions possibles vers Cannes et sa Croisette, Nice et sa promenade des anglais, les parfumeurs de Grasse évidemment et même Monaco et son aquarium. Bref rien à redire, allez-y !
