Holiday home between the Dordogne and Lot (100m² - 5 rooms) on a property of 2000m +, ideal for exploring Perigord and Quercy. A 1 km from the center of Gourdon (46300), this cottage makes you enjoy the quiet of the countryside without joint.
The house is near all amenities, 500m: bakery, hypermarkets, pharmacy, ...
Completely renovated in 2013, this property offers all the comfort for a successful holiday:
- Kitchen 22 m², entirely new equipment (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, washing machine), electrical appliances and utensils for cooking and pastry.
- Wood burning stove.
- 1 master bedroom 14m² with bed 2 places
- 9m 1 room with 2 beds in 90 young children, teenagers or young couple
- 1 bedroom / 28m² office: Bed 2 places for couples. Balcony with panoramic views of the countryside.
All bedding is new and quality,

- Library + games area for children,
- Terrace 22 m² shady afternoon: garden furniture parasol and barbecue (Weber)

In the summer you can refresh yourself very easily Gourdon with pool 1km from the house and the lake of recreational basis 'Listen if it rains' 2km.
