The DOURO studio apartment is 45 m². It has an open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa bed (150x200) and accommodates 1 to 4 people. It includes one full bathroom in marble and a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) with a hypoallergenic mattress, large built-in wardrobe and a 55" smart TV. There is a dining table for 4 people and a desk.The kitchen counter is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.The building has an elevator with no steps.

We have a washing machine, dryer and a clothesline on the balcony.

The apartment was recently renovated, keeping the old façade and creating a classic/modern blend. The building is over 400 years old and is classified as UNESCO World Heritage.There is an elevator.

There are no steps from the street to the apartment.The apartment offers elegant décor with beautiful and unique details.

Bedding and towels are high-quality, made with Portuguese textiles.
