Overall, the apartment was great. The location is phenomenal - right in the middle of everything and walkable to almost everything in the heart of Porto. It was fairly well-appointed and was only missing a few expected items.The coffee service in the apartment was a bit underwhelming, and I personally found the bed to be uncomfortable - I would recommend a new mattress.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was in the heart of downtown and walkable to every place that we wanted to go. The room was exactly the way it was described. We had read reviews about the noise at night, but we never heard anything after 10 to 10:30 PM. The room was very soundproof. The AC worked wonderful and we absolutely loved the location. We were able to do our laundry, which was very helpful on a 20 day trip to Spain and Portugal. We would definitely recommend. The host was very responsive and helpful at giving us locations to visit and eat.

We had a wonderful stay! Excellent central location, easy on/off train for arrival and day trips - Susete was extremely helpful and welcoming with excellent food and site recommendations - We will definitely return! Porto is a beautiful city with lovely people!!

Was a nice little spot in the heart of Porto. It is definitely loud at night in the neighborhood, so if you’re trying to get to bed by 10-11pm, bring ear plugs!

Our host was very responsive, which helped, since this was our first trip to Porto. Great location and everything we wanted was very accessible. This was our third stop during our stay in Portugal and having the luxury of a Vrbo and a washing machine was a real plus. Excellent value for the money. Not large but very efficient.

The host was disorganized in her communications and was also downright non responsive. I called her and she said she’d text me the instructions on WhatsApp. But she didn’t and was no responsive for over three hours as we struggled to get the TV working in the studio. Finally I called VRBO who contacted her. She said she’d text me with instructions but never did. She had my phone number and of course the VBRO message system but used neither. Finally I called VRBO who contacted her. She said she’d text me with instructions but never did. She eventually sent someone over to fix the problem. The studio is very poorly designed. Multiple strange and dangerous stairs within it, dangerous because the levels are hard to see owing to how DARK the unit is. Many lights did not work. The kitchen had neither toaster nor other amenities we have usually encountered. The dishes were spotted with scum and other dried on debris. The air conditioning unit blasted the kitchen but as it was the only one, only the kitchen got cool and the rest of the unit stayed stuffy. The window covers don’t lock into place. The host only contacted me on the VRBO system after we had checked out.

Perfect level of equipment in an absolutely perfect location for the two of us. The host was excellent and we used the transfer partner to and from the airport (again, excellent). We will be using this wonderful apartment again when we return to Porto

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well located right in the heart of Porto, very close to the train station, tons of great restaurants and walking distance to many attractions. It was very clean and modern. We would definitely recommend.
