Nice kitchen, washing machines was a struggle, need instructions posted on it. Had to google error codes! Credit card was billed twice, watch it carefully.

The host was responsive to messages, the apartment was clean and beds super comfy. Wine glasses would be a nice addition to the kitchen and sound proofing in the bedrooms on ceiling as Neighbour’s upstairs woke us up at 3am their walking made the light fitting shake and the ceiling squeak. Location was amazing and easy to access

Mixed review here. The property was great with the exception of the lift being permanently out of order. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and functional. It was great having the washing machine. Here’s where it want great: the check in process needs work. I was offered early check in for a fee which I took advantage of. We were coming directly from the airport and this was ideal. We got to the flat and no check in instructions.Called the number and then an email was sent with instructions. Followed instructions to find the key was missing! Called back and they tracked down that their cleaning service had the key and they were still cleaning. Checked in a full hour later than planned. Was promised a refund of early check in. Still waiting…

The unit should have listed this was at ground level. Disturbing that the cleaning closet was adjacent to our unit which was concerning because all of the sudden two men were getting their materials right when I was sitting at kitchen table. There were also bars on the windows which we had no idea of the safety concerns. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed prior to checkin and at checkin, keys not available. Had to call.
