The Ope is in a brilliant location right in the centre of St Agnes, with everything you could need just a few steps away - the superb bakery is a particular highlight! The annex studio was a real asset for our teenagers. The property layout is quirky, and as the listing says it definitely wouldn’t work for those with mobility issues, but we enjoyed it. The bathrooms are clean and modern with great showers. There was a slight mix-up with check in but the host handled it brilliantly and we were really grateful for that.

The house was quaint and quirky. We did have a bit of a panic when we first got there as it was booked for 6 adults. The house has 1 bedroom with a great double bed and a small futon in the same room. At this point we did not find any additional accommodation! After trying all the keys and looking outside we did find another cabin in the garden. The cabin has 1 double bed, bunk beds and a bathroom. This was ok for adults but if you have children I would be concerned having children in two different locations. As a ‘luxury’ house I was disappointed not to have any shampoos or toiletries available.
