This is a brand new house with incredible new bathroom, kitchen. There is a shower toilet, sink upstairs and suitable for families. Its 1.5 mile away from town centre and there are many shops, restaurants, takeaway shops in the area. Many buses to town centre or other locations. Fratton train station is 1.1 mile (6 minutes) to take London or other cities. Spacious 3 bedrooms could sleep for 3 people. At downstairs 2 sofabeds and dining table.
