Perfectly located in the heart of Looe, it’s within easy walking distance of the town’s bustling harbour, independent shops, welcoming pubs, and excellent eateries.Step inside to discover a cosy open-plan living space with a delightful nautical theme. Decorative portholes, maritime accents, and a ship-inspired interior give Galleon a unique personality. The compact living area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and electric heating – ideal for relaxing after a day by the sea. A collapsible dining table with stools provides space for mealtimes, and the kitchen includes an electric fan oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, air fryer and other essentials, making it easy to self-cater during your stay.The main bedroom is a snug double, featuring a stylish lightbox picture feature for added ambience (please note it is not possible to walk down one side of the bed). The second bedroom is a bunk room, designed specifically for children, over the age of 6, making this property ideal for couples or small families. Please note the bunks are approximately 5' in length so only suitable for children. A shower room completes the layout, with a mixer shower, wash basin, and WC.Please note, access to Galleon involves stepping over a low barrier and down one step into the property. Its layout is compact and there are areas of limited head height through some doorways. Sorry, no babies or children under 6.From your doorstep, explore the pretty streets of Looe, wander the coastal paths to Polperro or beyond, or simply relax on the nearby beach. Convenient location allowing exploration of Looe with easy access to 'pop' back to the accommodation. Very small space which suited us as we didn't spend a lot of time at the cottage (mainly evenings and that was fine) however there were only two of us. It would feel very cosy as a family with kids, especially if the weather was poor and you had to spend a lot of time inside.Everything we needed was thought of - good use of space.

The perfect location for everything Looe has to offer! Very close to the beach, walking trails and all of the great restaurants and pubs. The unit was a wee bit small but comfortable.

Such a shame the bunk bed was only long enough for someone 5ft 5.. my son ended up on the sofa bed and I put mattress on floor half in half out the room. As the micro mini draws about 15cm wide was attached to the wall or floor so couldn't move it.. Lived out our case 4 the wk.. Shower on off n heat outside the shower.. but lovely little place n great location.. Can hear upstairs tv too

We are sorry to hear that your son couldn't use the bunk bed. The description does clearly state that the bunk beds are specifically designed for children. The shower issue has never come up previously but will certainly be looked in to now it has been reported. It is a shame we weren't made aware at the time so that we could address it for you. It was also a shame that we weren't made aware of the staining on the sheets so that they could have been treated immediately to avoid replacement. Thankfully the flour/talc that was all over the sofa has come off. We are delighted that you thought it a lovely little place and that you were happy with the location. Apologies again that we weren't aware of any issues at the time in order to help.
