The property is in the scenic town of Paradiso, right on the shores of Lake Lugano. The area is perfect for lakeside strolls, relaxing on nearby beaches, and exploring hiking trails. Just a 15-minute drive away is the beautiful Sentiero dell’Olivo, a lakeside walking route lined with olive trees and scenic viewpoints. The nearest public Lido is just a 10-minute walk.

The centre of Lugano, with its lively Piazza della Riforma and upscale shopping on Via Nassa, is a 10-minute drive away. Nearby attractions such as the Paradiso Waterjet (600 m), LAC Lugano Art and Culture Centre, ferry terminal, Mount Salvatore funicular, and Paradiso train station are all within a 10 to 15-minute walk.

For day trips, guests can visit Swissminiatur (a 7-minute drive) or explore the Hermann Hesse Museum in Montagnola (10-minute drive).
